Yeah, definitely a flat-chested woman, I'd say. She's just very skinny.
It's been fun.I'm starting to wonder if we'll get a sad ending.
I very much doubt we will. As much intrigue and tragedy as has been shown so far, I don't see that happening. It could be that Laius stays behind, but I doubt it.
It's been fun.Yeah, the series has been way too optimistic thus far—no named characters have permanently died, everyone (except the Lion) is doing what they think is best in their own way, and even the characters who were presented as unsympathetic at first like Kabru, the Thorden party members who didn't want to save Farlyn, and Thistle ended up being much more likeable once we got time to know them.
Because of that, I doubt that we'll see anything much darker than one or two of the trapped spirits moving on, Senshi and the dungeon dwellers needing to find a new home, Thistle and Marcille being press-ganged into the Canaries, and maybe one key character like Farlyn or Chilchak dying. Hell, I wouldn't be shocked if even the Lion is let off because he's just fulfilling his role in the ecosystem.
I would expect to see Thistle joining the Canaries if he can, yeah. Ideally, the trapped spirits will be able to move on, and he won't feel compelled to stay in the dungeon anymore. I hope Marcille doesn't, though. She needs to be there for Farlyn.
It's been fun. That's kinda what i meant by sad ending Farlyn staying dead.
Nah, I can't see that happening. Not after she's spent the majority of the series dead or monsterfied, and she's already dead now. There's no way in hell the series ends next chapter with the Thorden party marched off in handcuffs, and that's the only way I could see them just leaving Farlyn's body there to rot.
It's been fun.Plus it would kind of make the whole journey feel kind of pointless

I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysYeah, that would be the definition of a "Shaggy Dog" Story.

It's been fun.Might just be me, but with the whole focus on ecosystems and the cycle of life I could see Farlyn end up as a casualty of an ending with An Aesop about the necessity of death and moving forward.
When you put it like that, it sounds like a possibility, but Iโd argue that if anyone in the main party was gonna be offed, it would be either Laius or Marcille.
New chapter is out. Welp, Marcille embraced the Warp.
Secret SignatureOh fuck oh fuck oh fuuuuuuuuck.
I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysAnd now, everything goes to hell.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.And here we go...
Disgusted, but not surprisedI don't think they could have handled that attempt at diplomacy worse if they tried.
Goes to show how snobby the elves are.
I dunno, they are actually entirely right about the party consorting with demons. They're right to be worried.
It's been fun.Of course they took a heavy-handed approach. They're a black-ops team of criminals working off a sentence. They're the Suicide Squad.
Disgusted, but not surprisedRight, but if the party had any idea that the Winged Lion was a demon out to eat their desires to grow strong enough to cause a minor apocalypse, they'd have a whole different tune. As far as they're aware, the Winged Lion is pretty much just the guardian of the dungeon and Thistle was the villain.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Well... shit.
Yeah, while itโs understandable that The Canaries want the tomes to be erradicated ASAP... They kind of went about this in the absolute worst way they couldโve. Kabru knew this, too - He was like: โGuys, please let me do the diplomacy thing, youโre fucking it all up.โ Had they just explained the situation, this probably wouldnโt have happened...
Could it be said that the Dungeon Demons are an Outside-Context Problem for Team Touden?
My AO3 profile. Let sleeping cats lie and be cute and calming. They're an Outside-Context Problem for most of the world it seems. The existence of Demons doesn't seem to be widespread.
Probably for good reason. If people at large knew there were these demons that are willing to grant wishes, they'd all focus on the "wishes" part and not the "demons" part.
Disgusted, but not surprisedI kind of feel worst for Kabru. The poor guy must've seen exactly thing outcome coming a mile away, but could do nothing to stop it.
Chapter 75 is out. Marcille has become Lord of the Dungeon. And among her minions are teddy bear-spiders. Theyโre equal parts funny and cute.
Kabru manages to avoid the Game Over, but they have a difficult path ahead of them.
Dunno, the way she's drawn, definitely seeing a hint of breast. Since she's not fat or muscular, it's not flab or pecs, so I'm gonna go with that she's just very petite.
EDIT: Well that's a page-topper for ya.
