Glenn just smiles at Nicole.

"Well... anything interesting happen to you recently?"

"I already have a place to stay in, ma'am."

Gilbert points to the modern-looking house that Brian made.

Genos suddenly pops into life next to Gilbert.

"Sorry. Was called away."

Nicole smiles back at Glenn.

"Oh, not much. Just been trying to get a feel of this new setting and all. How about you?"

"And that house is so high-tech how, exactly?"

Gina then jumps when Genos pops up from outta nowhere.

"Holy crap! Where'd you come from?!"

"I got lost in the mountains once. Thanks to my panicking, I managed to turn into my dragon form..."

Glenn laughs nervously.

Gilbert is about to react when Genos pops into existence, making him jump up in surprise... and he falls on his bottom. He's lost colour on his face.

"Another world."

He reaches over to help Gilbert up.

"Sorry about that."

"Well, at least you didn't hurt anybody, so y'know, silver linings."

Nicole flashes a grin at Glenn, then plants a kiss on his cheek.

"Yeah, sounds legit."

Gina gets back to her feet, then reaches to help Gilbert up as well.

"You alright, kid?"

"Well, that, and... in my dragon form, I could fly up and see where exactly I am, so..."

Glenn then gets kissed, and he smiles at Nicole.

Gilbert is helped up, and he quickly grabs his book again.

"Thanks... and I-I'm alright..."

"Again, really sorry about surprising you like that."

"In the end, it all turned out okay for you. Glad to hear it, Glenn."

Nicole smiles right back at Glenn.

"Anything else happen besides that?"

"Good. I wouldn't want you getting badly hurt, and I doubt your buddy who owns that high-tech house would either."

Gina flashes a grin at Gilbert, then tousles his hair.

"Well, I met some golden-haired guy with an eyepatch..."

Glenn shrugs.

"It was just a quick chat, though."

"Thanks... and it's alright..."

When Gilbert's hair is tousled, he looks at Gina, blinking.

"Look, I said I'm sorry, alright?!"

"..."

He blinks at Gilbert blinking at Gina.

"And this guy's name was Brian, right? If so, well, I kinda ran into him too. Guy's a bit of a weirdo, if you ask me."

Gina raises an eyebrow at Gilbert.

"What? I'm just trying to be nice, that's all."

"Yeah... his name is Brian Eclipse. And you're right about him being a weirdo."

"I was just surprised that you'd tousle my hair..."

"Why do you think he acts so bizarre, anyway? The guy made some of my quirkier crewmates from the Dauntless seem almost down to earth in comparison."

"Again, I'm just trying to be nice, that's all."

Gina flashes a smile at Gilbert.

Genos stares from Gina to Gilbert.
