"And who exactly would you be able to target?", Iris asks, walking out of the remainder of the dust cloud, her hair still in her face. She holds her spear to the side and grabs her necklace, now glowing a dim blue, with her free hand as streams of flames start to circle around the spear.

"The only target that comes to my mind can take you in a fight. And that green power, whatever it was, wasn't my own. I can't use that at will."

She puts her hand on her face.

"But, y'know... I'm a pretty selfish girl. So when you threaten something that matters to me..."

She swipes her hair out of her face, revealing an intense glare, and gritting her rather sharp-looking teeth.

"I get seriously freaking pissed."

She swings her spear to send a wave of flames at Zelerie. However, right after launching them she suddenly starts flying towards Zelerie, flying through her own flames to try to deliver a brutal punch to Zelerie's gut, trying to both hurt and stun her.

In the event that the latter effect works, the flames will be a guaranteed hit.

Thor continues squeezing Mjolnir's shaft, his eyes glowing electric-blue.

"Iris, you Odin-damned fool, don't let that rabid animal goad you! You're just playing right into her hands! Forfeit the bloody match already before she completely brutalizes you!"

Vs. Dire Miralis

Sofia cleared her throat, and spoke as clearly and as strongly as she could.

   "   Fire in the hole!   "

Finally, Megan was able to get into a serene mindset. Dire Miralis was still a threat, but no longer a threat she needed to fear and avoid. Now...

A small chuckle escaped her throat. Now, she could make it fear her.

She put her hands together and meditated, calling upon her training under Domon, and Lucia after him. All her senses focused solely on the tangible threat before her, and she willed Wyvern Esper to repair itself as a golden Tempered Monster-type luster washed over it.

"School of the Undefeated of the East! Ultimate secret technique!"

She did a Kamehameha-esque pose, then clenched one hand into a fist.

"SEKIHA TENKYO-SHINING TALONS!"

The Wyvern Esper spewed a combination of dragon energy, ki, and plasma, which started out as a sphere before taking the form of a roaring dragon's maw that attempted to bite down on Dire Miralis' neck and explode!

Sofia did not retrieve her riftblade, stuck into the black dragon's chest as it was. Instead, she darted away, and snapped her fingers. With a resonating voice, she spoke, and almost seemed to invoke some ability.

   "   PLANAR CRUSH!   "   

In a similar manner to one of Gravitas' Implosion Fields, Sofia willed space around her thrown glaive to just w̵̌̽o̵̽͛r̷̊̾;̸̽͑f̶͑̒q̷̌̊u̶͂̚h̸̐̌a̵̍͝b̸́̈ṗ̴̛ŕ̴̏i̶̅̑u̷̒̌b̷̽̚n̸̆̔v̴͊̄q̸̀͛e̸͐̀ṗ̸̀ṙ̵͠b̵̌͑n̶̛̂v̷̒̏ Miralis's bones.

Dire Miralis's neck fucking snaps, but its head still manages one final, wrathful howl to the heavens... before it collapses.

"Phew... What the fuck was that? Also who the fuck are you two?" Reyna asks, pointing at Sofia and Inosuke.

Inosuke yells angrily and charges Reyna, only for Tanjiro to put him in a restraining hold.

Varik, highly relieved at their victory, sheaths his sword again.

"That voice I heard... it sounded familiar, but... I can't place a name on it..."

He then notices Inosuke having to be restrained.

"What's his problem?", he asks, after which he looks at Reyna and Megan in particular.

"Also, hi."

Zelerie yells and power up to Super Saiyan 3 again, creating an intense energy aura around her as she dash forth, going through the flames to directly match Iris's raw power with a punch!

This does trigger a great explosion, but once its done, Zelerie is done, having been too weakened to take on further damage. As a result, Goku shows up on the battlefield while she vanishes!

After the two punches connect and the explosion occurs, Iris is still standing, but is clearly exhausted as well as wounded. She may have held out against Zelerie, which pleases her to the point that she greatly calms down, but her chances of beating Goku, even if he already has battle damage too, as are good as none.

Having seen from the rest of the fight that Goku is nowhere near as vicious as Zelerie is, she feels comfortable enough with staying in for at least a little bit longer, and try to deal at least some damage before she's down. She knows full well that she has lost, but maybe she can help provide the edge that Shaq will need to win.

She launches a fireball at Goku, though her movements are noticeably slower already.

You sure did put up a great fight! C'mon! Let's see if you can do the same to me!

He decides to hop above the fireball and hurl a ki blast... at the ground in front of her, intending to try to blind her with the smoke. Should that works, he teleports behind her and attempts to hit her with an elbow attack, though he's careful with it going by her state!

That said, it'd be a dishonor to hold back too much, so if it work, Goku promptly keep going, flying close to the ground towards Iris while throwing his arm back so as to prepare a punch.

"I don't think I have the energy to repeat that feat.", she says as she creates a crystal barrier, expecting the blast to be aimed at her. As such, she's taken by surprise when it hits the ground instead and kicks up some smoke, making her drop her barrier.

While she's also taken by surprise when he reappears behind her, the combination of her having had this happen already earlier in the fight, as well as Goku holding back at least a little to be careful, gives Iris just enough time to suddenly blast the ground beneath her with a fireball, allowing her to be propelled up and avoid the punch (which she, with her now slowed movement speed due to exhaustion, would not have been able to dodge), after which she turns in mid-air, aims her spear down at Goku and blasts him with a continuous stream of flames.

Goku smirks at Iris's narrow escape and begins to run to dodge the flames, doing a good job at it, though the flames do reach his back. Yelping, he jump very high into the air and has to rip off his gi to get rid of the flames, now being reduced to his blue undershirt, with even its back now tattered and burned as well as the skin it covers.

Geez! That spear sure is a bother!

He looks down at Iris and smirks before dashing towards her, raising both arms while approaching her through a zig-zag pattern. Once close enough, he raise both his hands close to his face!

SOLAR FLARE! He yells, provoking a powerful blinding effect with his light. This could stun Iris long enough for Goku to move on to the next part of his plan. He stands up, lower one arm and raise his right one, while attempting to just lightly touch Iris on the middle of the chest with just two fingers.

If it works, he'll immediately proceed with an one-inch punch to the stomach, similar to the one he used on Frieza. Needless to say, it packs a punch!

Iris lands back on the stage after her attack, her wings not looking like they have the energy to allow her to fly right now.

She is nowhere near in a state to keep up with Goku as he zig-zag dashes towards her, so the Solar Flare goes off without a hitch. As Iris yelps when she gets momentarily blinded, her wings suddenly launch a fiery aura off of them, the speed at which this happens implying that it's a purely instinctual reaction. Regardless, that aura isn't actually strong enough to prevent Goku's follow-up move, so she gets punched, wincing and pausing due to the impact and leaving herself open to a finishing follow-up move.

HEEYAHHH! Goku jumps back at a fast pace and tries to ring out Iris with a Kiai, merely punching the air forward to create a powerful compressed shockwave, which is bound to impact her if she's weakened!

Iris gets hit by the shockwave and is sent flying. She is, however, able to unleash a burst of fiery energy of her own that makes her stop her flight, landing right on the edge of the battle stage with a wobbly stance. As she breathes heavily, she looks at Goku and raises her spear, about to attempt one last attack.

"... S... Sha...", she mutters, attempting to call Shaq in for an assist. However, her body finally decides that she's had enough, and before she can either make the call or use another attack, she falls backwards, off of the stage, though manages to position her wings with the last bits of her strength so that she lands on them, making for a soft fall.

Nevertheless, Iris is out.

"Iris!" Thor yells, though he thankfully resists the urge to fly into the ring on account of the match continuing.

Shaq jumps in... and spreads his arms.

"Bring. It. ON!"

Vague Reprium

Sonic the Hedgehog is on a stroll through the forests when he notices a giant golden ring spinning in the air.

"Hmmmmmmmmmm..."

He mentally notes its location, then dashes off.

Goku raise his hands at the sky and gather energy while waiting for Iris to drop out. This gives him more meter, and a shadow fall unto the ring.

When Shaq turns up, Goku nods and teleport before him for an elbow attack, though before contact is made, he actually teleport back in front of him. If there's contact, Vegeta tries to hit Shaq with a spinning wheel kick!

Vegeta!

Alright!

Vegeta appears and tries to send Shaq flying upwards with a potent Galick Gun, at which point, Goku himself turns off Super Saiyan and teleport right below a giant fucking Spirit Bomb!

It's ready! He yells, and throw it down, the massive Spirit Bomb aiming to slam into Shaq. Since Iris and Sephiroth are down there, along with Zel, Goku let it engulfs Shaq before detonating in mid-air, forming an enormous blue explosion. It's so big that the spectators will need to cover their eyes because of the bright flash, in fact!

The explosion just vibe in the sky, taking the form of an enormous mushroom cloud, while Goku flies back to the Arena.

He's tough, so it shouldn't kill him!

Iris, now offstage and lying on the ground, tiredly glances in Thor's direction, slowly smirking and raising a thumbs up before falling asleep.

... she'll probably be alright.

Winterhold, Skyrim

Here he comes, rougher than the rest of them, the best of them. Tougher than leather.

There goes Knuckles, who is neither chuckling nor flexing his muscles, but instead wandering around the area.

Shaq gets knocked around and into the Spirit Bomb.

There's a flash of green - the same green that exploded around Iris - but then it disperses as the Spirit Bomb explodes.

Wily's Fated Four, who (as previously mentioned) were watching the tournament, look at the Spirit Bomb's explosion in awe and horror.

Beerus himself glares at the explosion, recalling a similar circumstance in the past...

Winterhold

Sonic runs up to Knuckles. "Hey, I found a giant ring. It might lead us to the docs. Wanna help me round up a crew?"

... You nuked him, Kakarot!

Oh no don't worry! He went up to me when I was Super Saiyan Blue! And besides, it didn't kill you or Frieza!

Either of us were already stronger than this dunking halfwit!

Goku looks optimistic and slowly let his aura accumulate. He doesn't seems to consider the fact that he actually may have fucking murdered SHAQ.

Knuckles turns to look at Sonic. While a bit surprised at how sudden Sonic just appeared, he's used to it to the point that he doesn't really show it.

He grins at hearing the news, bashing his fists against each other.

"Count me in."

Thor can only let out a long, heavy sigh in response to Iris' thumbs-up. All he could do now was watch as the rest of the match played out.

There's a stillness in the air...

And then white sparkles start to form all around the Supreme Kai's World, flickering a pale blue and building up towards something. The ground rumbles, bits of debris start rising into the air...

And Shaq rises up behind Goku, clad in an aura the latter (and nobody else but Vegeta and Beerus) will find all too familiar.◊

ULTIMATE SLAM JAM

He rushes an immediate offensive, throwing blinding-fast punches and kicks before finishing with a forward-sliding Shadow Kick.

"Then let's get to it. We'll meet back up here!"

Sonic dashes off.

Wh Goku get immediately smacked around, his eyes nearly popping out of their eyeballs with every hit, and is sent skidding backwards, spinning around at a fast pace while spitting out saliva and blood!

KAMEHAME! He starts to gather energy, his aura flaring out and exploding as he quickly charge a Kamehameha to full power, still being sent skidding!

"... as impatient as ever.", Knuckles groans. He then grabs a giant ring of his own.

"I wasn't planning on going back to my world just yet, but maybe I'll be able to find some help there to bring with me."

He throws the Giant Ring, opening the portal and going through, with it immediately closing behind him.

Shaq is upon Goku before the Kamehameha is ready, aiming to grab him, jump up and slam dunk him into the dirt.
