"Wait... Lucas is gonna be fighting in the tournament? I honestly didn't think he was into that kinda thing," Pietro remarks. "Especially considering all the heavy hitters who'll probably be there..."

The consumption is successful but does not heal Goku.

Shaq's head un-swells, then he starts to build up power. Something big is coming.

"Always bet on the Shaq Attack!"

Huh, always bet on the Ka-me-ha-me...

He teleports away and prepares another Kamehameha, his surroundings begins to glow blue as he does.

"Works for me. Maybe the forest of the Floating Island? The chance of someone dangerous being around there is pretty minimal, I think."

"The day before he confronted us, when he dropped off Rope Snake with us for a while... not sure if he'll come back to pick him up now... he mentioned that he wants to see how much he has improved since he first came here, and no matter how he fares, he'll still win some money to buy nice things with for Hinawa.", Duster says.

"Lucas has a big heart. That's why I think that, eventually, he'll be able to forgive us. But it might still take a while.", Kumatora says.

Claus nods to Thor, calming down a little.

"Y... yeah, you probably can.", he says. "I don't know where he is right now though."

Shaq takes a stance as a Persona-esque image of his grinning mug cuts across space, then he lunges forward to collide with Goku!

If successful, he will unleash the Shaq Attack - the mother of all combos, with a furious yell behind each strike!

Left-hand jab, right spinning backhand, left elbow drive, left slap, double high kick, roundhouse, low sweep kick, crouching double thrust kick, crouching jab, stomp, slap...

then extend it!

Slap, double high kick, spinning backhand, spinning axe kick, elbow drive, high kick, stomp, low sweep kick, crouching triple thrust kick, flaming straight punch, and finally a reverse roundhouse into a second Inferno Kick-boosted reverse roundhouse!

Dark Hour

Vahasia's pupils had become tiny, shaking dots, ringed by the blazing toxic green of hellfire. It was a look of fear, of madness, of pain and panic — the Fight-Or-Flight instinct pushed to its breaking point. Her swings were nearly bestial as she charged after the Heartless.

Though, she did pause for long enough to acknowledge Vanitas with a subtle nod. She was still lucid, if only just.

Morthal

"... and that's how we got here," Omega said, resting on a bench.

"Well, I guess that makes sense," Skeletor replied, biting into a ham sandwich.

"I should probably be off, come to think of it — it's game night and the DM hates it when I'm late," Omega replied before waving, and rounding a corner behind a building and seemingly vanishing from the face of the Earth. Skeletor turned the other way and quiet said, "Hmmm... so many innocent people just going about their day... I should change that."

"All the more reason for us to seek him out, then," Thor says. "Should we fail to locate him, well, I suppose there's always the tournament."

"Still, there's gotta be a better way than entering a huge free-for-all and picking a fight with the toughest guys there," Pietro replies. "Y'know, one that won't end with him getting pulverized by some fight-happy maniac."

Morthal

   "Ah, yes, it is April Fool's!"    remarks a second Skeletor.    "This is the day of Debauchery! Come, me, and let us make these fools taste the fear of the name SKELETOR!"   

He raises up a staff towards the distant Battleship Halberd.

   "NYAAAAAR HAR HAR HAR!"   

"Hey, I'll be in it too.", Kumatora smirks. "If anything goes wrong for him, I'll get him out of there, points be damned. Lucas' safety is more important than the Egg of Light."

Claus looks at her with a grateful smile, and, despite how many times they tend to butt heads, Kumatora gives him the kind of understanding smile that you can only give to someone who you truly understand as a person.

Claus then looks back at Thor.

"You can seek him out if you want. I hope he won't be too angry with you though... if so, I'm sorry. I asked you to keep this a secret, so it'd be my fault if..."

He glances down. Duster puts his hand on Claus' shoulder.

"How about we go get that stuff Alex needs. Maybe it'll get your mind off of it."

"I doubt it, but... okay.", Claus says. He then turns to Kumatora, looking at his helmet, and she, while still looking a little concerned, hands it back to him. He puts it on his head, then looks at Thor and Pietro again.

"Well... I guess I'll see you again at the tournament.", he says with a slight smile.

"Rest assured, I'm more than capable of handling Lucas' wrath," Thor replies. "As I told you before, this wouldn't be the first time I've had to deal with a close friend's ire."

"Before you guys head out, if none of you win the egg at the tournament, you can bet one of us will," Pietro assures. "God knows I don't want it going to someone like Set..."

Shadow sighs.

   "Well, I'm glad you're not too beaten up. While invigorating, I have to say I wasn't too sure if constructing an impromptu colossus like that was entirely within the conditions, but I'm relieved it worked out."   

He smirks.

   "Ha, nope! I mean, the battles I've been involved in while in the Arena alone usually involved either fighting large amounts of regular-strength combatants or fighting alongside a group of allies to take on one very powerful one. This is one of the first times here that I've had a true, one-on-one, mano-a-mano duel like this."   

He laughs in response to the Shinigami's banter, and he nods to Leander, smiling brightly.

   "Hey, no problem. I'm happy to spread some cheer, especially with, the, ah...underlying circumstances of our last interaction...but, anyhow..."   

He takes on a more serious expression, though there's still a confident glint in his eye.

   "...now that we're all on the same page, there's something that I need to talk to you guys about."

What the-

Goku's helpless and battered for the first half and his Kamehameha get interrupted. He begins to get overwhelmed badly, and when the second combo begins, he quickly decide to kick things up and go SSB, his aura exploding in an azure colore as he blocks Shaq's moves!

Not bad! He says, before attempting to attack at high speed on his own, gladly taking the hits and attempting to strike Shaq as well. The combo's last hit though, he dodge, attempting to nail Shaq with an uppercut. If that succeeds, then he uses Instant Transmission to appears above Shaq before attempting to hammer him into the ground with the power of a large-scale meteor impact!

Dark Hour

Brightnanna's gunfire prevents other heartless from moving in, while others get cut down on masse from Vahasia's wild assault.

The Shell around the young man fully forms as Delilah can see... and suddenly shatters, as the entity behind him has something claw its way out of the original form behind him, both errupting into a shower of blood and pieces of what contained the original forms. The young man is now in a pitch black outfit, with a jawlike helmet, over his head, and white gloves covering his hands, with coffins connected to chains floating behind him. He now wields a strange, serrated blade. An entity similar to his outfit finishes ripping out of his previous nearby manifestation as he swiftly moves into strike the Large Heartless, the figure behind him slashing as he does.

Vanitas and The young man, and the entity by the young man, all make their moves at the same time as they move in to slash, their blades sparking as they connect, striking, and slicing apart, the heartless's mask. The Large heartless fades away into a puddle of writhing limbs which the young man begins to grab and crush, before it's fully faded away.

A clock strikes 12:01 In the morning as the sickly glow fades, and the heartless suddenly disappear, as the young man's outfit returns to the harper outfit, then back to his own. He then looks around at everyone else who was involved, before saying "First things first, Thank you all for the help. Second... Where the hell is this?"

Tartarus has dissappeared, the waters return to normal, and people in the streets are back... save for the few poor souls who became nobodies, who are running off.

Elsewhere in hub centralis, not dark hour

The Kyubey nods to Kyoko, swiftly communicating That is correct. I've come to make an offer. I'd like to make you an offer for a wish, and to let you become a magical girl! Kyubey is omitting a lot.

Vanitas dispels his Keyblade.

   "Heh. Like I have any idea."   

Shaq is smacked around.

"Aight."

"Let's end this." He tries to grab onto Goku.

Kumatora then talks to Pietro.

"I hope so. Though we also face a problem if nobody wins the egg. If that guy is as rich as he claims he is, then I don't know if we'd have the money to try to buy it off of him."

Clauds nods. He has faith in Thor. He then turns around, ready to leave.

"Alright, until we meet at the tournament.", Duster says as he puts his hand on Claus' shoulder, the two of them beginning to walk away. Kumatora shows both Thor and Pietro a smile.

"Let's all kick some ass in that tournament and win that egg. Then, once we patch things up with Lucas, things will finally look up for both him and Claus. And they really deserve to finally have things look up for them."

Then, with a goodbye gesture of raising two fingers, she goes after Claus and Duster.

"It counts as an attack in my eyes, not a person, so it was still a duel.", Thaddeus shrugs.

   "It was lucky I can't make a colossus of my own without summoning forth my guardian."   , Sonia smirks. She then goes into an outright grin with Shadow as she suddenly summons forth a shadowy bug on her shoulder, slightly teasing him with what he's talking about.

Then she looks curious.

   "Oh? Sure, go ahead."   , she says.

Goku's grabbed but he begins to build up energy.

After bidding farewell to the trio, Thor and Pietro head off in the opposite direction.

Midnight, Hub Centralis

Vahasia collapsed to her knees, dropping her blade as whatever surge of wild savagery had propelled her ended. Her arms were shaking furious, as she grabbed her blade, and carefully stood back up.

   "   I... don't really know either. I only arrived a few days ago.   "   

Morthal

"I like how we think, me!" Skeletor replied. "What do I have in mind?"

Shadow silently stares at the bug for a few seconds, almost seeming to gain just the slightest trace of tension in his eyes as he sees it. Eventually, he spins his finger in the air, and then transitions the gesture into pointing at the bug and making a flicking gesture toward it while donning a slightly-forced smile, though his tone of voice is still cheerful.

   "...haha, I'm gonna' let that one slide."   

He then clears his throat, and regains his serious demeanor.

   "Right. It is time we talked..."   

He frowns slightly.

   "...about your choice of employers."   

Shaq leaps up, carrying Goku with him. "CHAOS DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

High, high into the sky...

Higher... into the clouds...

They become as a pair of twinkling stars, before suddenly careening back towards the ground at hypersonic speed.

"-UUUUUUUUUUUNK"

And then, impact.

The ensuing explosion - or rather, series of exponentially-building explosions - does not vaporize everything. It's not even particularly lethal. But its size puts all other giant blasts before it to shame.

Off in the distance, Rhea pauses her work and grunts as the shockwaves from the Chaos Dunk reach her, forcing her to erect a defensive ki barrier.

The Battleship Halberd is sent off-course, on yet another crashing descent towards the mainland of Skyrim.

Whiterun

SI!Rey is gaming. Until he's not.

"Did I just hear... a Chaos Dunk? In the motherfucking Arena?"

   "Why, we-"   

"chaos duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunk" BOOM

Arena!Skeletor turns to watch the Halberd crashing.

   "Ahem. Of course, what we do is avoid whatever that was, and then go to the wreck of the Halberd and bully its commander and crew! And then... And then we shall steal the fabled legendary blade Galaxia! At last, a weapon to surpass HE-MAN is within our grasp!"

   Hey.    Says Dahlila, shelving the assault rifle. She smirks maliciously when she notices some fleeing bystanders but opt not to chase them yet.

   I don't know what happened but I'm glad it did.    She says.    I was just yearning to shoot at something.   

Sonia appears a bit confused at Shadow's reaction, but since he puts it behind him, she figures she'll do it too, and makes the bug vanish.

She puts her hands on her hips as her spear plants itself in the ground behind her, letting her lean against it.

   "The Assassins? Gods, they're so dull. I was expecting some exciting moments, but so far, aside from that whole Galeem business, it's been nothing noteworthy at all."   

"I must admit that I too am disappointed.", Thaddeus says.

"I did say this didn't seem like a good idea way back when.", Leander notes, which gets him a 'don't be a smartass' look from Sonia.

Goku's struck and seemingly engulfed in the explosion. It's likely that Shaq will need a while to even see him, since there's a lot of smoke and debris. That said, once he make himself known, he does it by smashing apart a particularly large debris. By now, his gi's torn off, revealing his blue undershirt, and part of his pants have been torn. He's also obviously injured and exhausted, but still not done, considering just how much power that punch packed.

Nice blow! I really felt it! But, see, I hate losin'! GGRRAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!

Goku rush forward and attempts to batter Shaq with a combo of his own, attempting to pummel him before sending him flying with a strong kick. Once that's done, he quickly charge a Kamehameha and fire it upwards. While modest at first, the Kamehameha quickly become a huge monstrosity blasting off into the sky, being fire with such strength that the very area around Goku is destroyed. The immense blue beam speed off into the sky further and further, with a wide part of the arena glowing blue because of the seer width and size of it!

One more! Yargh!

Goku leap in the middle of his own attack and strike with a single punch, attempting to directly reach Shaq in the middle of the attack to try to punch him! This cause the Kamehameha to focus around them both before imploding over Skyrim, casting a huge blue explosion that thoroughly shake the land below! Satisfied with his display of power, Goku spins and land on his feet at the ground, though he briefly grunts. He turns around to see if Shaq survived the Kamehameha.
