Ovarr raises an eyebrow.

   "... I'm a demon, lady. A mortal born devil. We're not on the same morality as humans. I can understand your hatred and disgust, but you can't expect me to feel the same way."   

He glances at Mara for a moment, then back at Wanda.

   "As for her actions, I'm not gonna pretend like they're good or complicated, but it's her job, not mine. I have nothing to say on the matter as long as she doesn't make my world her enemy. ... why would you even think that anyone would consider her actions good?"   

   "I guess she may have encountered some 'misguided villain' types in her past."   , Mara smirks at the both of them.    "The types who think they do good but are just pricks with an excuse. But come now, we all know I'm not one of those types."   

She then turns to Bell.

   "Now Bell, come with me for a moment. I have something to discuss with you in private before I help Maximoff fight Galeem and Dharkon."   

She starts floating a little distance away, and Bell follows her. Ovarr looks at them go, then turns back to Wanda.

   "Listen, I don't hate humans, and I don't underestimate them anymore either. So what I'm about to say isn't out of condescension, or pity, or anything of the like. You should be more careful around Mara. You think she's done you wrong? You haven't seen anything yet. If you've been this confrontational since you met her, there must be a reason she hasn't killed you yet. Otherwise you'd have gotten the same fate as many others long ago."   

Seras blinks.

"O-oh, you're the Alucard we fought. Then you're not my world's Alucard..."

She then receives his telepathic message.

"Oh, I see."

"Huh, Alucard never ceases to be surprising.", Pip speaks up in Seras' mind.

Meta Knight approaches the other Meta Knight with the intention to discuss whether they should both stay defensive or if they should go on the offensive.

Iris appears slightly confused. She then smiles sadly.

"That's awfully nice of you to say, Thor. But... there's also the fact that you would die much earlier than me. I spent most of my life in a crystal, which means, biologically, I'll still live for a long time. Probably long enough that I'd become someone your great great-grandchildren would know as an ancient being."

She then smirks more happily.

"Wouldn't being friends work better? Then I can ogle your awesome muscles without it being weird.", she jokes, then looks more uncertain.

"You'd be the first real friend I've ever had too."

Porky grins.

   "That's the best thing I've ever heard you say. I might just be willing to put your little trick behind me."   

He ponders about it, then scowls a bit.

   "... no... no, probably not actually."   

"Porky, with all due respect, can you leave us be?", Pilly suddenly asks. "We have to plan who to send up to fight and you're distracting us."

Porky blinks at her, then laughs, to her confusion.

   "Fine, I guess I'll grace you with my departure."   

He then leaves, the SA-X following him. Pseudo looks surprised.

"... How did you know that would work?"

"I didn't. I just told him what I felt."

Zola nods to Anthony.

"Defending might be the better optio..."

She pauses, then turns around, spotting Pride in the distance and appearing intrigued.

"Hey, that kid...", she mutters to Anthony. "I don't know why, but I feel like he may be a good fit for me as a Spirit."

"I already know why: it's because she would rather I run myself ragged trying to save Alderoth, just as Claus did with Lucas, only for her to try pushing him to the point that killing him would be a kindness," Wanda replies to Ovarr. "So forgive me if I don't treat the arrogant, vile, sadistic demon bitch who's turning my beloved into something unrecognizable like some... benevolent surrogate mother."

Pietro wordlessly lays a hand on Seras' shoulder.

"Aye... I wouldn't mind being your friend, Iris," Thor says, smiling albeit somewhat sadly before holding a hand out towards her. "Should you ever change your mind, however, promise me that you'll let me know immediately. I'd never forgive myself if I broke a heart as kind as yours."

Loki's gaze flickers to Pseudo, and he lowers his voice to a whisper.

"Speaking of plans... You may wish to keep a watchful eye on Thanos. He might be our ally for the time being, but Thor and I are certain that once our common enemies are out of the picture, he'll attempt to eliminate us all in one fell swoop."

"Him? I don't know, Zola... Call me insane, but he doesn't strike me someone who'd partner up with just anybody," Anthony says to Zola as he studies Pride. Upon noticing Topaz, he points a shadowy tendril in her direction.

"What about that girl? I know she looks like a demon, but I doubt she's another Killer Bat."

Thanos smiles in the background when Loki talk about him, by sheer coincidence.

Alucard simply smirks.    "I think they've got Galeem and Dharkon covered, but if I have to step in, I most certainly will."   

Ovarr glances to the side, then shrugs.

   "... I don't exactly know who those people are, but regardless, I'm just saying... from what I know about Mara, I don't think she'd bother with a slow approach like this one unless she has a reason for it. She prefers getting things over with fast."   

He stretches his arms a little.

   "Anyhow, I'm sitting this part of the fight out. There's enough of you here to fight anyway. I'll probably intervene if those two try to flee though."   

Seras smiles at Pietro, then turns to Alucard.

"That's good. I'll be going up there and give them hell."

She readies her two cannons.

"I just need a good Spirit...", she says while looking around. Eventually her eyes fall on Count Kevin.

"That one looks fierce. Who is he?"

Iris takes Thor's hands with both of hers and smiles.

"Of course I promise. You're a great guy!"

She then laughs a little.

"Kind heart? Me? I dunno, I can be quite the selfish gal."

Pseudo glances at Thanos for a moment, then looks back at Loki.

"I've discussed the matter with Botar. Should Thanos attack, he'll warp as many people as possible as fast as he can.", he whispers back. "Due to the nature of our mission here, we don't have the means for a possible counter attack, but if we all get out alive that should work just as fine."

Zola looks Pride over again.

"... maybe you're right. He appears stern for a child. I'll go ask her."

She takes a few steps towards Topaz, but then sees her bonding with Alex already.

"Ugh, too late.", she mutters. She glances back at Pride for a moment, then looks at Anthony.

"Let's at least ask him."

Demo, after the hug, grins at her.

"Show them not to mess with Tripadoras."

The Final Act

A large approaching shadow in the skies momentarily obscures the skies of Skyrim. The fighters assembled and preparing for the end of the War of Light and Darkness will see an incoming large zeppelin, its hull lavishly decorated with gold and silver patterns of mystical birds, flowers and a gigantic portrait of what is unmistakeably Mystia's face. Just the cabin is the size of a house, and appears to have been designed to bear some resemblance to an old ship, with the "bow" bearing a beautifully sculpted figurehead in the shape of a siren, whose face also bears a very clear similarity to Mystia's own. The zeppelin is additionally equipped with massive speakers playing classical music.

The cabin's doors opens in midair and the familiar winged diva jumps out of it and gracefully floats down to the ground, wearing an outfit looking like an white silk and fur dress combined with platinum plate armor. The skirt of the dress bears silver patterns of note sheets woven into it, the chest plastron bears an insignia of two feathered wings at the sides of a G-clef. She also wears a pair of platinum gloves with long claws to give her strikes a slightly longer range.

"And with my arrival... let the end begin."

Sombra, arriving on the scene with much less fanfare, rolls his eyes a little at the diva's extravagant presentation. He's known some emperors who spent less funds on their introductions than this songstress.

"Mara prefers doing things quickly, you say? She certainly took her time corrupting Lucas, an innocent boy who'd already experienced unimaginable trauma, mind you, to the point that my brother Pietro was eventually forced to put a blade through his heart," Wanda says to Ovarr. "Clearly, you must not know her that well."

"That, Seras... is Count Kevin. He might not have the scariest name, but trust me, he's definitely someone you ought to give a wide berth," Pietro answers Seras. "As a guy who actually fought that monster, believe me when I say that I'm speaking from personal experience here."

He nods to Alucard in response to his remark. While this wasn't the Alucard he and Seras were familiar with, he was certain that he was every bit as formidable.

Thor smiles back at Iris.

"Excellent. And you, selfish? From what I know about you, Lady Iris, I'm having a rather difficult time believing that."

"Perfect. For whatever it might be worth, Thor and I did form a plan to covertly dispose of Thanos before this final showdown, but we were unfortunately too late to actually set it into motion," Loki whispers back to Pseudo. "Although, if Botar can warp us away in time, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to revisit it."

   "Are you sure you want to use him, specifically? There are plenty of other Spirits to choose from, but... if you insist."   

Anthony walks over to Pride, presumably alongside Zola, tapping the ground beside him with a tendril to get his attention.

   "Hey, kid. We need Spirits, and I really don't think you can afford to be picky about who you bond with right about now. So please, don't make this any harder than it needs to be."   

At the end of the ground where the fighters stand is a sheer drop into an ocean below... and the Final Destination stage, floating just a few feet beyond the edge as if daring them to step onto it.

Aeleris takes a step closer to the edge, and way off in the distance, Galeem and Dharkon move towards each other, stopping on opposite sides of the center. Those awful choir noises and droning, now ringing out over each other... the noise is almost unbearable.

He looks back at the rest of the Final Battle.

Board Final Destination to begin the sequence.

There's a flash of light as Vegeta power up to Super Saiyan 2, screaming in victory !

SCISSOR ! YES ! I'VE BEATEN YOU KAKAROT !

Huh ? Whoah, you're an expert at it, Vegeta !

Hmph ! Of course ! Now, sit down, Kakarot, and admire as I carry this group to victory !

Vegeta speed off, leaving the rest of the team confused.

T-this isn't a game ! Hey !

Heh, let's go team.

Hulk's already gone away. The rest of the team move out to prepare to block or intercept any enemy, and both Miriel and Morgan head for the Final Destination along with Swain, Vision and Neuff !

Messing with the Tripadoras and messing with you. Just ya wait !

Neuff smiles, and head forth with the rest of her group.

Goku does not fly with the others, though. Instead, he flies above the gathered fighters and start to do some light work-out training with his hands...

"Whatever else happens... the dark one is mine," Mystia says, theatricality draining from her voice to be replaced by cold hatred as she flutters up to the platform.

Sombra, leaving his Smash Ball spirit behind, approaches the spirit of a white and golden equine - partially due to its vague similarity to himself, and partially due to the sheer power emanating from it - and accepts it into his being. He then steels himself and proceeds to the battlefield without another word, swallowing his dread.

Ovarr tilts his head, as if he's having trouble getting what Wanda is saying.

   "... I'm getting the feeling you don't quite know who Mara is."   

   "Speaking of me-"   , Mara says, rejoining the conversation.    "I believe it's about time to get going."   

She tries to bond with Wanda.

Seras looks intrigued.

"Really? Sounds right up our alley."

She walks over to Count Kevin, talking to him for a little bit. Then he bonds with her, so it looks like Seras convinced him. Once that's done, she gives Pietro and Alucard a thumbs up before making her way towards Final Destination.

Iris laughs again.

"You must have only seen me on my best days.", she jokes. "Anyhow, it looks like we gotta get going."

She tries to bond with Thor.

Pride turns to look at Zola and Anthony.

   "It's true that I'm having trouble finding someone worth my power."   , he notes, looking Zola over and pondering.

   There's something intriguing about this one... she's not some regular human...   

He then nods and bonds with her. Zola looks at her hands while it's happening, then back at Anthony.

"This feels like a whole different kind of darkness."

She smirks confidently before giving Anthony a kiss on his head.

"I can work with this.", she smiles. She then makes her way over to Final Destination.

"It might be best to focus on one enemy at a time. Otherwise we may risk making mistakes we cannot afford to make.", Pseudo says. "With Thanos' army here, moving against him is not a good id-"

He then pauses, noticing something.

"Pilly? Where are you going?"

"To the platform!", she says, eager.

"You're going up there? You just got repaired!"

"I'll be fine. I got me a Spirit when you weren't looking."

"What? Who did you-"

The Batter's Spirit appears behind her for a second, and Pseudo looks concerned.

"Pilly, this may not be a very good idea."

"Why not? He's a Spirit, he can't do anything to me."

"... true... but-"

"Have some faith in me, will ya? I'm strong. ... stronger than you are.", she says, looking troubled and guilty over that last part, not liking to admit it considering how much she looks up to her brother. Though their level in strength doesn't matter to Pseudo, who just sighs.

"... you better be careful."

"I will!", she says, hopping onto Final Destination. She's standing next to Bell, to her surprise.

"Wait, are you fighting too?"

"Yeah. Mother told me to.", Bell replies. "But I can handle myself. I'm not as frail as I look. And I have a Spirit to help me."

"Who?"

"This kid.", she says, pointing as Ken Tahn appears behind her. He looks a little unamused that he got roped into being on the attacking team. Yeah, he'd promised Hugo that he'd help, but he'd have preferred the defensive team.

Then, to his dismay, Lucas seems to notice his presence. Upon noticing the boy's happy smirk, Tahn turns away from him, grumbling.

"Goddamnit now he's gonna get all sorts of ideas, isn't he..."

Kefla then lands on Final Destination as well, having snagged Lesovikk with her as her Spirit. She doesn't like the idea at all, but she's become aware that something is causing her limited time to be more dangerous to her, seeing as she'll disappear once her fusion time is up. As such, while she doesn't like it, she went up to the first Spirit she found and partnered up with them.

Meanwhile, Tuyet and Botar seem to be arguing over something.

   "I haven't had anything to do since you brought me here. So I'm going up there and I'm going to fight."   , she growls.

"You will not. You will stay near me at all times or else-"

   "You'll warp me back to prison? Do you really think you can afford to leave this area at this moment in time?"   , she asks with a grin. Botar looks furious, and Tuyet knows she got him.

Having chosen the weird mechanical spider with some kid in it as her Spirit, she jumps onto Final Destination.

As of such, Kefla (Lesovikk), Zola (Pride), Tuyet (Porky Minch), Bell (Ken Tahn), Seras (Count Kevin) and Pilly (The Batter) have boarded the platform.

"I've known who that monster is for a while now, so I'd appreciate it if you stopped giving me this crap about how I 'don't truly know her'," Wanda says to Ovarr as Mara bonds with her, opting to play defense with the others.

Pietro, surprised that Seras had persuaded Count Kevin, of all beings, to bond with her, dashes into the portal leading to the Final Destination and meets back up with his vampiric friend.

"Before the fighting starts, I've gotta ask: how the hell did you convince that... thing to bond with you?"

"Indeed. It's time this blasted war finally came to an end."

Now bonded with Iris, Thor flies into the Final Destination portal and lands upon the platform, Mjolnir at the ready.

Loki, deciding to be part of the defense group, raises an eyebrow at Pseudo.

"I wasn't talking about revisiting the plan right this very bloody moment. Have my words become mere noises to you all of a sudden, Pseudo?"

Anthony blinks when Pride actually agrees to bond to Zola, quickly gestures with a tendril for Plague Knight to do the same with him, then heads through the Final Destination portal and rejoins Zola, fixing her with a confused look.

   "I... thought we'd agreed to stick with the group who was playing defense."

According to some translator website out there, that's Morse code for MASTER CORE.

Suddenly, many more floating platforms appear above Final Destination, forming a long and winding path straight up into the sky. The fighters will get the sensation that staying low is a mistake and they need to climb higher.

However, along the way up, they will be ambushed by one of Dharkon's tentacles, which comes down above them and destroys a few platforms in an attempt to send them all plummeting down.

After that, they will reach the peak of the available ascent, and some light and dark false characters appear. On the light side are false copies of Amaterasu and Paintra. On the dark side are false copies of Goku Black and the Spartan-IV Combat Form.

By consensus of myself and Psyco, we're not gonna really be fighting any more false fighters.

Aeleris quickly begins super-jumping his way toward the top, only to be spiked down by Dharkon's tentacle. However, he teleports as he falls, reappearing on top of another available platform.

Before he can act against the false fighters, there is a loud gunshot, and the False Combat Form's shield bursts. Then another shot, and it collapses with its head reduced to chunks.

Hellsing!Alucard is on the scene, along with Josuke and X!

   "We'll handle these fakers!"   

Josuke DORA's a hole in False Paintra. X's shadow extends out from his feet and suddenly erupts from the ground underneath False Ammy, stunning her for a swift punch into oblivion. Finally, X makes devil horns with his hands and strikes False Goku Black in the throat, suddenly paralyzing him, and allowing Alucard to unload round after round into him until he dies.

With the false fighters dispatched, more platforms above the fighters manifest, allowing them to climb ever higher.

Miriel and Morgan teleport above to avoid the tentacle, and Swain deploy his ebony wings. Vegeta is hit, in his rush, but is able to come right back in anyway. Vision phase through, for his part, and Neuff just kick the air.

When the false fighters are deployed, Vegeta make a beeline for Black... but he dies, so he scoffs and climb.

Thanks for the help ! says Morgan. Both her and Miriel are getting helped up by Vision, while Swain and Neuff are content with flying.

   "That's not exactly what I meant."   , Ovarr says. He wants to say something more, but then Mara speaks up.

   Wait, wait, wait, you're not going up there!?   , she asks as she separates from Wanda again.    "Forget it, I am not missing this a second time. I want to be there in person when they die. And if not with you, I'll go with someone else."   

After ditching Wanda, Mara floats over to the Final Destination platform, figuring that, if she goes with them, she may be able to convince one of them to switch out their Spirit in favor of her during the fighting. After all, her defensive boosts would come in quite handy.

Seras turns to Pietro with a smirk.

"Vampires are horrifying creatures too. He wasn't too against the idea of working together with another monster."

"... what?", Pseudo asks Loki. "No, but your words made it seems like you did mean right now."

Plague Knight luckily doesn't have a partner yet, so he can bond with Anthony. Zola, once he gets on the platform, turns to him, confused for a moment, then sheepish.

"O-oh, right. I forgot. I kind of rushed ahead without thinking. Maybe we can still go b-"

And then the path appears.

"... or maybe not.", she says, after which she leaps up onto the platform above her, then reaches down with her hand to try to help Anthony up too. After that, she'll start climbing upwards, luckily finding herself on a side platform when Dharkon's tentacle bears down upon the group.

Tuyet goes up the easy way, launching herself upwards with streams of water. Though because of this, she gets knocked to the side, onto another platform, when Dharkon's tentacle attacks from above.

Pilly extends her metal legs and starts hopping and climbing up rapidly, pushing herself to a nearby platform to avoid Dharkon's tentacle. Eventually she makes it onto the platform where the false fighters are at.

Seras starts charging up, swirling around the platforms and leaving a dark red trail behind her, courtesy of her vampiric arm. She swiftly rises around the tentacles when they come down, easily making her way onto the platform with the false fighters. She's about to fight, but then sees that Hellsing!Alucard is one of the people taking care of them. As such, she lets him deal with them, knowing that he won't lose.

Kefla just starts flying up, then gets knocked back down by Dharkon's tentacle, landing onto one of the lower platforms. She gets back up quickly though, and now starts hopping from platform to platform instead, figuring that it'll be easier to dodge this way.

Bell starts flying up daintily, and barely avoids getting struck by Dharkon's tentacle, though has to land a few platforms below the battlefield.

Mara just floats through everything, though sticks near the fighters positioned lower, figuring they'll be more eager to want to use her more defensive boost.

"On it! Let's put on a show these monsters will never forget!" Mystia says as she raises her hands to the sky and begins to sing a song of glory that will energize everyone. She ascends into the sky like an angel of victory, almost playfully avoiding the striking tentacles and blades sent out by their eldritch adversaries.

Sombra, not gifted with wings, is not as graceful in his ascent, but he still has equine agility that allows to easily and inexorably leap from platform to platform. He raises his horn to the sky and it glows golden as energy barriers manifest around all the fighters. Thanks to Arceus's overflowing energy and Mystia's song, he is able to make these barriers significantly stronger than usual.

Wanda throws her hands up in annoyance when Mara decides to separate from her and rush into the fray.

"Oh, for God's sake... Mara, get your bloodthirsty ass back here!"

Huffing in annoyance, she takes a moment to calm herself before looking back to Ovarr.

"Enlighten me, then, demon; what exactly did you mean?"

"No, I explicitly said that me and Thor's plan would be worth revisiting when Botar teleports us away before Thanos can betray us," Loki says to Pseudo, some exasperation bleeding into his tone. "Come, Pseudo, you ought to know by now that I'm not some impulsive buffoon."

"Okay, but you're probably one of the least horrifying vampires I know. Although, I've never seen you angry before, so what do I know?"

Pietro activates his Chaos Form, spreads his wings, and begins darting about in the air to evade the tentacles, firing a few Chaos Bolts at them and catching a brief glimpse of what appears to be Mara in the process. When he catches up with Seras, he prepares to battle the duplicates as well... only to see that Alucard and co. had things under control.

   "Good. That's one less thing between us and those floating assholes."   

Thor opts to begin flying upwards towards the group's ultimate destination, swinging Mjolnir left and right at any tentacles threatening to strike him down.

"I've no time for these paltry games! Bring me Galeem and Dharkon!"

"Well... I guess there's no turning back now," Anthony says as Zola helps him up and the couple begin their climb. No point in starting an argument with her under these circumstances, he figured. As they progress further, he then gets an idea.

"Quick, Zola, climb onto my back and hold on tight. I think I know a faster way to reach our destination."

Once she's done so, several shadowy tendrils emerge from his jacket sleeve to lash onto a platform further up, and he begins ascending like a mountain climber.

"Comfortable enough back there?" he asks Zola with a teasing smirk.

Aeleris gives the defense trio a curt nod before continuing to climb.

While the fighters are ascending, however, Dharkon suddenly shoves his way in, using his mass of tentacles to block the available space as he slowly encroaches on one side of the climb, limiting the fighters' space to move. Further complicating things, he sends masses of tentacles in the shapes of what are effectively bladed wheels along his surface, trying to directly attack them while he's at it.

Aeleris conjures a magic shield to block the tenta-wheels, only for them to completely ignore his defenses and slice into his armor.

"Fuck off!" he succinctly yells, plunging his sword into Dharkon's eye.

What happened to Aeleris is consistent - Dharkon's attack here cannot be blocked, only dodged or straight-up tanked.

Miriel notices Mara and hold her hand out, inviting her to "bond" to her. Morgan, meanwhile, prepare to deal with Dharkon... but Vision is able to use his tough body to tank the attack, splitting this part of it in half and allowing the two mages to avoid it, at the cost of some damage.

Morgana immediately retaliate with a potent Thoron, and Miriel attacks with Inferno, both elemental attacks attempting to strike Dharkon. Vivenette, who's been in the background, choose this moment to emerge and kick her rings at it.

Swain fares worse, but is helped up by Neuff, while Vegeta shoot several ki blasts at a rapid pace; tanking through the attack with a burst of blue energy.

Ovarr glances at Mara, who doesn't even spare Wanda a glance before she's gone, then back at Wanda.

   "I have a feeling she'll be telling you that herself someday. If you survive her long enough."   , he says, smirking, after which he starts walking away.

   "I'm gonna go take a nap. Call me if we get attacked."   , he says before laying down somewhere.

"I suppose so.", Pseudo says to Loki. "Sorry."

Seras looks at Pietro, grinning.

"I can be a handful when I let loose.", she snickers. Then, as she continues to ascend, she notices Dharkon and immediately opens fire on his eye.

Zola gets on Anthony's back, and looks as they're able to climb up much faster than before.

"Certainly. You have broad shoulders.", she jokes. She then notices Dharkon heading over to them and grabs her sword, swinging it once while still holding onto Anthony, sending a blade of wind Dharkon's way.

Pilly, as she keeps going upward, is about to use her Super Defense, the one that makes her nigh invulnerable for a little bit, but then sees what happens to Aeleris and opts to leap backwards and, in mid-flight, fire an Annihilator Beam at Dharkon's eye.

Tuyet tries to simply tank Dharkon's blades, but ends up getting knocked back by them, some cuts in her armor.

   "Ugh, annoying little-"   

She makes a stream of water come out of the clouds way below, making it rise up, and then sends it at Dharkon, trying to push him back.

Kefla, while she gets cut, just plain doesn't care about the damage, and forms a rotating ring of Ki blasts in her hand, which she then sends at Dharkon's eye.

Bell starts flying back a bit to keep some distance from Dharkon, then creates thorns around her arms and launches them at Dharkon's eye.

Mara, lastly, notices Miriel's invitation. She hesitates, not even knowing who this is and if she's strong. However, this way she'll get to Galeem and Dharkon, and, looking at her attire, she'd be trading one mage for another. So she ends up accepting, and bonds with Miriel, who might be shocked at the immense defensive buff she'll receive from Mara.

Upon seeing Dharkon cut through both his shield and Aeleris's own attempt at defense like a hot knife through butter, Sombra emits a grunt of anger that could give the Dark King a run for his money. The barriers around everyone flicker and fade, and a golden beam is instead fired into Dharkon's single eye.

Mystia, meanwhile, has little problem dodging the attacks given her natural agility, not to mention that she has an ace up her sleeve to reduce Dharkon's damage to her significantly. Of course, it also reduces her damage to him, which is all the more reason to abandon most any attempts at playing it safe and just go in and wail on him. Damage reduction is nothing but an excuse to beat Dharkon up for a longer amount of time - she may have the "Ally to Darkness" effect, but darkness certainly is no ally of hers right now. With that mindset, Mystia charges straight into the thick of things and repeatedly stabs at Dharkon's eye with the claws on her gauntlets, laced with the same purple venom that coats her throwing daggers.

Intrigue, Thranix's Bizarre Adventure

With Thranix, Riki, and Otto scouting above the treeline, the three quickly managed to determine the direction of the ruins. "Right... oh gods right over there. I'm feeling bit ill. I'm going to rejoin the group," Thranix said, descending carefully.

Down below on the forest floor, Iraaxos murmured.    "Hmmm... Three. Two humanoids? Hm. Don't like that third one. Too big."   

He tilted his head back towards Geralt and Chris, and posed a question.    "I have a read on two of the entities currently hurtling towards this realm, but it's the third that concerns me. What manner of experience do you have with the eldritch and unknowable?"   

Putting himself between the tentacles and Seras, Pietro whips up a Chaos Minigun and opens fire on the former to defend them both. Seeing as Mara had opted to be a Leeroy Jenkins and separate from Wanda, he prepares to ask if she'd be willing to bond with him, planning to hand Gogeta off to either Vision or Neuff... only for Miriel to wind up beating him to the punch. He shrugs, not especially bothered by Mara's decision, but very confused as to why she wasn't with his sister.

"Okay, I thought you and Wanda had a deal, Mara. Did you two get into a really bad fight or something?"

Using Mjolnir to defend himself from the onslaught of tentacles, Thor is initially driven back, only to retaliate with a blast of lightning. He then flies straight towards Dharkon and attempts to bash his eye in with a mighty two-handed swing of his sparking hammer, letting out a fierce Asgardian battle cry as he does so.

Anthony smiles appreciatively when Zola keeps Dharkon off their backs as he takes them higher.

"That's my girl."

Wanda takes a seat on the ground and begins meditating, her gaze briefly flickering to where the offense team had jumped through the portal. Might her skills be of more use down there than up here?

"I suppose you're forgiven and spared a retaliatory prank... this time," Loki remarks to Pseudo, grinning slyly.

Dharkon's eye flashes as he recoils and retreats from the scene, and the fighters reach another peak, now at the edge of the atmosphere. Here, more false fighters appear.

The false fighters find themselves attacked by a large barrage of attacks. Magical arrows, plasma bolts, energy beams, special bullets, fire, water... everything goes, as a portion of Thanos's army is deployed to fend off the False Fighters. Their number is consequent, and quite a few symbiotes run in, happily tearing what's left of them apart !

The ascent continues, this time with Galeem sending his wings to smash through platforms, the way Dharkon sent his tentacle at the very beginning.

Aeleris catches on and starts teleporting from platform to platform before he can get dropped.

Fascinating. My body has seemingly been made denser. It would appears that attacks once capable of causing an immediate cessation of all bodily activites now have no effect of me, and even attacks beyond this scope may need to hit me multiple times to cause me to worry. Amazing.

Miriel thinks a little.

Who might you be ? Your durability is fantastic, yet you wear little armor. she says. Morgan and Miriel jump above the tentacle, with Miriel grabbing her daughter and, casually, intercepting attacks aimed at her with her own body.

Neuff is hit a few times but her and Swain make it through nonetheless, with assistance from Vision and Vivenette's platforms. Vegeta, frustrated, flies down to those who sit at the lowest level so far, and use a kiai to try to propel them higher.
