The Elwynn Forest

The fairy (avatar image)◊ and the demon (current avatar) are floating in the forest, studying the area. Pausing, they notice Zelerie, but decide to leave the saiyan alone for now, continuing to float through the forest.

Garou is leaning against a building nearby. He notices the altar, Zelerie, and the duo but remains silent.

Elwynn Forest... well, somewhere in it, at least

*One might be able to smell the smell of... burning banana peels or something like that. There's also the occasional sound of a jetpack of sorts being used, along with giddy whooping.*

Elwynn Forest — Near the altar

A figure◊ is present nearby, seated and leaning against a tree, his eyes closed as he quietly relaxes... or, at least, tries to. He twitches visibly upon hearing the noises, and he sighs upon smelling something burning, but he instead stays put, clearly not planning to get distracted.

She doesn't mind anyone else and keep training.

"i'll kill that bitch. Hue. I'll kill that bitch. Hue."

Makafa and Makaido are still floating around the forest.

Garou smells the burnt fruit and hears the jetpack but doesn't pay them any mind.

*The whooping is suddenly interrupting by the sound of someone hitting the ground hard, an audible crack ringing out through the air, and a brief noise of what is probably pain. Then, silence again for a few seconds, before somebody speaks up.*

"Well, I could do without the reactions. Didn't need to make a sound to know I'd hurt myself from a fall."

*Beat.*

"Is there a way to..."

"...Urgh."

The humanoid sighs and stands up, opening his eyes and looking a bit irritated, to put it simply. Then, a long, golden scepter materialises in his hands, and he soon begins to head down towards the source of the crashing noise.

"Can't an old man like me get some rest nowadays?"

Zelerie hops on her hands towards Zero.

"Quit making noise or I'll shove your spine up your mouth and I'll whip you with it."

Makafa and Makaido float over towards Zero.

Garou, upon hearing the crash, walks over to source of the noise and notices Zero.

"Is there a reason that you have to make so much noise?" He asks, seemingly annoyed.

*At the location of the source of the sound, those who decided to go check it out would find themselves looking at some weird guy with a pair of sunglasses and a set of headphones on his head. He seems to have a (counter-intuitively view-obstructing) holographic menu of options open in front of him, looking for something that, if his frustrations are anything to go by, isn't on there. After a while, he just bats the holographic menu away with one hand, then takes a glance down at his legs.*

"...Eh, they still work fine."

*Despite evidence to the contrary, that being that they seem to have made at least enough of a cracking noise to suggest some crushing damage, he turns to face Zelerie, brandishing an odd futuristic-looking flamethrower in one hand and some weird-ass cannon thing in the other.*

"Get near me with that attitude and I'll disprove the theory that your body needs to be in one piece."

*Beat. He then turns to Garou.*

"To be fair on my part, I'm pretty sure I snapped the bones in both of my legs in half. I'll fix that later."

"It's probably better if you fix it now than later," the humanoid mutters, looking somewhat irked, tilting his head a little and scowling visibly, gripping the golden scepter in his hands tightly.

"You sure that you're okay? That didn't sound too good." Makafa asks.

"He's fine, Makafa, he just said he was..." Makaido interrupts, turning to face Makafa.

Makafa turns to Makaido in response.

"I'm just making sure, geez, Makaido!"

"I'll shove that thing up your ass and keep my finger on the trigger button as long as possible if you keep disturbing my routine, Earthling."

Garou turns to Zelerie.

"Someone's angry. Learn your place and I won't kill you someday."

*There's a pause. He turns to the humanoid and the floaty duo, then shrugs.*

"It's not a concern. I can still run around just fine. But, eh, might as well see what this thing does."

*After saying that, he puts the flamethrowers away, pulls out a banana, then stares at it for a few seconds before taking a bite of it. After a short delay, he glances down at his legs, which seem a lot better now.*

"...Oh, a two-thirds full heal. Not bad. Guess I could use it if there isn't a medic around and I need health quicker than a sandvich could give me."

*He shrugs, throws away the banana peel, then turns to face Zelerie again. There's a pause.*

"Piles of ash don't shove anything anywhere. I don't even have to install any mods to do that to you if you push me."

"My place is above you, weakling."

She makes a confident, Saiyan-like smirk.

"Please, your weapon could barely see use in a BBQ party."

"Anyways, who are you?" the humanoid finally asks, raising a curious eyebrow and pointedly ignoring Zelerie, before glancing at the fairy and demon, nodding at them politely in the process, and then finally turning back to look at Zero again.

"I am Mazioh."

Makafa nods. Makaido just looks around.

Garou scowls.

"Listen here you amateur. You don't even have the power of an S-Class. So, I will say this again, learn your place."

He then turns to Mazioh.

"The name's Garou."

*At hearing what Zelerie said, Zero just grins.*

"If you're fireproof, bad news. The Dragon's Fury flamethrower burns straight through anything, fireproof or not. Asbestos to ashes, steel to cinders."

*He lifts his sunglasses. That look in his eyes... That is not the sort of look one wants to have focused on them. His voice seems to be a little quieter when he speaks, as though he's intending it to be for her ears only.*

"Saiyans to smolders? Perhaps. Push my temper too far, and I'll be more than happy to test if that's the case."

*After a long look at Zelerie, more akin to a death glare of sorts, Zero then lowers the sunglasses and claps, as though he hadn't just been trying to intimidate someone. Then, he turns to Mazioh.*

"I'm just known as Zero. Only picked that name because it's cool."

*Beat. He turns his attention around to Makafa and Makaido.*

"So! Who are you two? Ya kind of didn't really say. Just a bit curious."

"And you would fail to entertain Raditz or any low class Saiyans." she says, getting up on her legs and shrugging. "And I'm a elite who's far beyond King Vegeta at this point. I could walk unto the castle and take the planet for myself at any moment now."

She flex her arm.

"But why be a queen when I can be an Empress ?"

She looks at Zero.

"Good, you know Saiyans. Then you know that this stupid stuff cant burn me anyhow. You're welcome to try if you feel like experiencing this place's revival mechanic though."

"Zero... Null. Interesting. What are your origins?"

Mazioh looks at Garou, nodding and smiling faintly at him.

"Pleased to meet you, then."

He then stares at Zelerie for a long time, almost like a parent staring down their child from doing something incredibly stupid, but he refrains from saying anything.
