"Yeah, that one... sorry. I've been tense ever since I got killed there."

Nufii rubs the back of his head, deciding to not comment on Calibri not making much sense.

"Sorry if I ruined your fun."

Neuff might hear a melodic voice nearby, albeit with no clear source.

"Wish for something you deem important. Power... or perhaps something for your friends and family."

"Hm, right ! Well I've got power so maybe I'll wish for Wanda and Pietro to get happy, probably a reunion with their mom or-wait who's talking ?"

*Calibri just responds with a shrug, the expression in his eyes changing again. Now, he just seems to be neutral. His usual state, it would appear.*

"That happens. Almost every person I've talked to who's died before has some sort of reservation over the first one they go through."

*Then, he shrugs at Nufii. At the same time, he decides to spend a moment on something. Namely, he winks at Nufii, using his left eye, trying to gauge what kind of person Nufii might be by focusing very carefully on every detail of his expression. Maybe he could read something off of there...*

"No need to feel bad about the reaction. Plenty more opportunities where that came from."

"...I am."

If Neuff turns around, she would see an angelic figure◊ staring at her, his red eyes appearing to shimmer with emotion as he observes her closely. Other than that, he remains eerily quiet for a few minutes.

"My name is Hymnes."

One of his hands is placed behind him, for some reason...

"That's true. I never really experienced dying before that... one, I guess."

Nufii sighs, before blinking when Calibri proceeds to wink at him. The sea slug does appear quite normal, with the vibe of goodness... and a very faint air of aristocracy. It's barely noticeable, but it's there.

"Anyways, you're in a place called the Arena. It's not all fights, thankfully."

"Huh, hello angel guy."

She looks at him and his hand.

"Hope you're not charging a blast of pure destruction or something." she says, continuing to juggle the dragon balls.

*Calibri's eyes briefly take on an expression of relief before they flick back to their usual stare. Interesting to note that aristocratic air, admittedly, even though that wasn't quite the focus of what he just did. Instead of reacting to that bit, he shrugs at Nufii.*

"Well, hopefully you don't have to go through too many. Once is enough in a lifetime."

*He briefly pauses, giggles at his own somewhat dark joke, then continues.*

"So, the arena... This might be interesting. Maybe tell me more about the fighting? I'd prefer to know everything so I don't make the wrong judgement of people's behavior."

Hymnes tilts his head at Neuff, before revealing what his hand is holding: a single white feather, glowing slightly against the surroundings, and with an eerie feel of softness.

"I'm not charging anything harmful. I was simply keeping this safe."

"Well, I don't know all the details about it... but from what I have heard, a lot of people here can be pretty eager to fight, but ultimately be nice people and all."

Nufii rubs the back of his head and shrugs a little, his ears twitching and the cerata on his back flicking somewhat.

"Then there are people who aren't that eager to go and fight, among others."

"Sorry, i'm a bit of a paranoid gal."

She looks at the feather, nods, and looks at the balls.

"I hope that the others didn't get destroyed during some of the fights here."

*Calibri seems to trust in what Nufii is saying, responding by closing both of his eyes for a moment, then opening them again.*

"Well, I can't fault people for liking to fight. It's quite the rush sometimes. But I do hope they don't go for a kill at the end of it all. Every time someone ends a life, something changes within the killer. To most people, it's imperceptible, but trust me... it's real bad when that change builds up enough."

*Beat.*

"...Thankfully for you, when I decided to check what I could read from your expression, I didn't really pick up anything too concerning. We'll still be on good terms with each other for a long time, I hope."

Stormwind City

Nicole happens to be going for a walk near wherever Neuff and Hymnes are when she happens upon the two. Upon noticing that the Sister was still carrying those two balls they had found last time, she walks over to her side.

"You're still carrying those things around, Neuffie? I thought Ain would've taken them to evidence lockup for safekeeping or whatnot after hauling off those aliens."

Then she looks at Hymnes and the feather he happens to be carrying.

"Don't think I've ever met you before, but I take it there's something special about that feather?"

"Hmm? What do you mean by that?"

Hymnes stares at Neuff quite curiously, blinking at her with his eerie red eyes, and then crossing his arms a little. He turns to Nicole afterwards, and simply nods, clearly refraining from making a verbal remark for a few obvious reasons.

"It depends on how you kill someone, to be honest. Killing someone out of selfish glee... yeah. Self-defence, pragmatism, or attempting to avert some kind of disaster, though..."

Nufii just makes a noise, shaking his head a little. He seems to be thinking of a few other things, appearing a bit distracted, but he quickly faces Calibri soon afterwards.

"But... uhh, thanks, I guess? I don't know what to say to that, since it seems foreboding..."

"Well, some of the fights here are super destructive so maybe these small balls got destroyed during them as collateral."

She looks at Nicole.

"Some psycho alien is trying to destroy planet X because he thinks that Pluto should have been the ninth planet. So Ain is fighting him at the moment and can't get here."

Neuff gets a call.

"Yes, is that Pizza Planet ? Yes ? No, I'm not on Jupiter. I'm in the Arena, you need to go to the wormhole and.. hrm, let me guide you." she says, proceeding to spend the next minutes guiding the alien delivery boy.

What seems to be a half-constructed building is somewhere nearby, and there's a fairy-like individual looking at it, pacing back and forth.

"Now... if I do this... hmm... maybe this...?" She weighs her options, walking to a purple piece of what seems to be a former structure on the ground. She seems deep in thought.

*Calibri responds by closing his eyes again. Seems he's still listening, though, as he soon responds regardless.*

"Have you ever heard these two phrases - Phrase one, It gets easier. Phrase two, The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Killing, no matter the reason, is still killing, and people who do it more are more likely to keep it up."

*He opens his eyes again. Thankfully, his gaze seems somewhat more warm and relaxing. Maybe that's just him trying to be reassuring.*

"Honestly... I'm out of my depth a little here. That's the only reason why I stuck on the I hope. I haven't spent nearly long enough to get a long-term reading from you, only a short-term reading. Even then, everything can change in an instant. Assuming no sudden circumstances... you should be fine, don't worry."

Nicole simply gives Neuff a look.

"Uh huh, sounds legit when you put it that way." Besides, Ain doesn't seem like someone who'd forget to bring those things with her after she showed up to take the aliens into custody."

She raises an eyebrow at Hymnes.

"...Not very chatty, are ya?"

If the fairy and the half-constructed building are anywhere near her, Neuff, and Hymnes, then she doesn't seem to have noticed yet.

"The aliens are still near Xirla, that alien asshole is really strong and she needs to be careful wth not destroying planet X."

She finally pack the phone away and a space-scouter arrive with a Grey Alien. The Grey Alien hands over a big pizza box to Neuff, who hands over some money and then puts the Dragon Balls in her pocket before watching the alien go away.

The building and the fairy are far enough away to the point that they wouldn't be able to hear the fairy, but they would be close enough to see both.

As the fairy being contemplates the building, another being shows up, this one looking more demon-like, with purple-brown wings on the being's back. "Is it going well?" "Yes. I'm just thinking how these pieces should go together." "Oh, I see, I'll be sure to report to Lady Shinki regarding the progress." The demon-like being walks around the building as well, taking notes, before stepping away. The fairy is still walking around.

"So... the two aliens we took down haven't been hauled off to jail, then. I thought Ain already did that after I texted her, but I guess the psycho alien's attack happened just before she could do so."

Nicole shrugs.

"Who'd be petty enough to want this Planet X destroyed just for such a silly reason, though? Like, the whole Pluto thing happened ages ago, dude, move on and find a new solar system if you're so damn powerful."

Then she notices the fairy and the two buildings.

"Pretty sure those weren't there before. You seeing this, Neuffie?"

"All i'm seeing is a pizza and, heh, ask him."

She looks at the construct.

"Nice lookin' little thing."

The fairy begins to put another piece into the building, hammering away.

"Do-do-do-do..."

"Guess it wouldn't hurt to check 'em out and say hi to that girl. C'mon."

Nicole motions for Neuff to follow her as she approaches the buildings, greeting the fairy with a wave.

"Hey! My buddy and I couldn't help but notice these two buildings showing up, so... thought we'd stop by and see 'em for ourselves, if that's cool with you."

She eats pizza

The fairy (?) notices the two onlookers. She finishes putting the piece on the building, and then turns to face the two.

"Oh, hey. Yeah, it's fine. I'm starting to finish this building up, anyway."

She turns back around, grabs another piece of the former building, and begins to glue it into place.

"You built this whole thing by yourself? Damn, remind me to call you next time I need a house built. Anyway, my name's Nicole, and my friend here's Neuff."

Nicole puts an arm around Neuff.

"Oh," the fairy says, continuing to put the house together, "...Although I had some help here and there, it's largely been a solo job for me. I don't really have a name, but I guess you could call me Makafa."
