I wonder how this advisor can ally himself to all of the factions? Tzeentch perhaps?
JUST AS PLANNED.
Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.wait... aren't they the people who used to feature all those forge maps on Halo?
advancing the front into TV TropesWell, he does have a raven companion. Guess which deity is sometimes associated with ravens.

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.it all makes sense! the giant fucking nerd sent him there to take get various nations to go to war with each so they won't present a united front against Chaos
advancing the front into TV TropesMore like he wins no matter what. Have the 4 factions fighting each to the point they're not prepared for the Forces of Chaos? Chaos rules the Old World! Made one of the factions so strong that they not only conquered or allied the other factions but is strong enough to beat or defeat the forces of Chaos in the North? The other Chaos Gods loses many followers and armies that they might not able to be strong again for long time. Just As Planned!
Someone remind me, this is coming out on OSX, right? I've only got a Mac and I've heard that it's going to be on OSX but it's not available for pre-loading on my Steam.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Whelp, reviews are pouring in, and the verdict is generally positive. Got the game pre-ordered and pre-loaded, looking forward to playing this.
Shame that they didn't go the extra mile on multiplayer, though. The campaign may be awesome and all, but multiplayer is what pulls in the crowds.
I've heard a few complaints that the AI is somewhat bad and battles can be really quick, but we'll have to see for ourselves.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.I take it it isn't going to be much like the classic Warhammer games, "Shadow of the Horned Rat" or "Dark Omen"?
We'll just have to see.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Well, it is a Total War game. I don't know what those two games are like, but they aren't similar to Total War, then it ain't.
Kind of a bummer. I want to be in charge of Morgan Bernhardt and his Grudgebringer Cavalry. Those games were good times.
I wonder how the Skaven are going to play, if they get added.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.When they get added, probably. I heard somewhere that 16 races were confirmed to be eventually represented, and Skaven are a pretty big deal in Warhammer. Bit difficult to represent due to their whole "underground society" deal, however, so they might have to fumble around with the campaign map for a bit to make it work.

I would imagine they'd be underground-focused like the Dwarves, since they fight with them a ton. They might also fight the Empire, Vampire Counts, and Orcs too, since those seem to be their worst enemies.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.So, who wants to take bets on the next one being Total War: Elves?
Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.I heard there was somewhat of a kerfuffle because you won't be able to conquer the whole map "for lore reasons". Did they actually say how this restriction works, i.e. what prevents you from just conquering everything?

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.Yes, they did. It's a fairly reasonable one too: Humans won't live in underground cities, dwarves don't feel comfortable out of mountains, Orks aren't smart enough to live in human cities, Chaos just destroys, and Vampire Counts corrupt everything they touch and only rule zombies and skeletons.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Yeah, that sounds reasonable. But to be honest, I never was a fan of blobbing anyway, be it the Total War series or any of the Paradox games.
Shame this game certainly won't run on my PC; otherwise I'd grab it in a sale.
