I really hope we get Mayday in the next movie.

Just a month early before the 20 anniversary of the first Spider-Man film. Looks like we'll be getting at least one Spider-Man related film for the next 3 years.

So where should they take this franchise next you think?

Hope it'll be worth the wait!

That actually feels pretty ambitious to me. Generally a typical animated feature will be in production at least three years before release, and the creators literally spent one year just trying to nail down a few seconds of footage for the first movie. The only way they would be able to even try to keep that deadline is if the sequel was already well into preproduction.

That is so far away that I can't even be excited yet.

Everyone did want him and Lord even teased him for the sequel.

I'd be 100% up for that but you know who he needs to bring.

I would totally agree that Supaidaman is going to be in. The logo's the cleanest out of the all of them.

I would also guess Jessica Drew (the yellow one with small lightning bolts) and Miguel (the second one down on the right).

This is, of course, assuming that everyone from the last movie is represented here, which I'm not so sure about.

EDIT: IGN seems to be showing more (eighteen in total), although whether they're "duplicates" or whatever seems to still be in question.

Well Miguel is surely a given after the stinger of the first one. Given how good a job they did of characterising the different Spiders in the first one I don't really know if I want a lot of new characters unless we go in accepting most of them will be cameos/gags.

60th Anniversary? Man, Spidey is a bit old now.

Also, I know that they probably won’t get them, but what about cameos from Spider-Boy (less than a second or DC will sue) and the Slingers (Prodigy, Ricochet, Hornet, Dusk) (I mean, the Spider-Verse comic got them)?

Despite Spidey getting his continuity violently ruined by Joe Q, he's still going strong 60 years thankfully.

Any hints of Superior Spider Man showing up? I love to hate the guy.

If Endgame can reference Hydra!Cap, Spider-Verse can reference SpOck.

This just showed up.

I can recognize Miles, Peni, Miguel, Noir, Gwen, Spider-Ham(?), and Toei Spider-Man.

But I don't know if they're having a younger Peter and I can't recognize the arm above Miguel's. (The dark arm with the white line and circles.)

EDIT: Apparently the arm above Miguel's is Captain Universe Spider-Man?!
