Hmm, I need to finish Chroma Squad. I adored it but stopped midway through season 3...
In other "coming soon" news, Convoy is also hitting the eShop on the 8th with prepurchase now.
I also have prices for both Convoy and Go P&P:
Galaxy is $12.49, but is $9.99 (20% off) if you own either of the Ko P&P titles, Chroma Squad, or either the Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle or the Old School RPG Bundle. The Pen and Paper Games Bundle is $29.99, but is $19.99 (33% off) if you own Chroma Squad.
Convoy is $14.99. No discounts at the moment.
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — Unknown, if we're getting Resident Evil 3 Remake, we better be getting RE7 and RE2: Remake later down the line too.
(Yeah, we kinda already got RE7 on Switch via a Cloud version, but I mean a proper physical or digital version.)
And don't say it's impossible, because last I checked, DOOM is apparently a graphically demanding game and yet we have a Switch version that runs fine!
Is DOOM more demanding than the RE 2 remake?
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.I don't know the stats, but RE2 seems a bit higher-end than DOOM. It'll probably be fine, though. DOOM got its graphics downgraded a bit for Switch, they could do the same for RE2 without having a big impact.
The Switch port of Doom was graphically downgraded compared to other versions. It still looks bloody good, but it's not quite as detailed.
I expect REmake 3 will be a streamer like Resi 7.
Ukrainian Red CrossWhere is the Direct? I want to riot.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? Our only hope is that they announce it soon, hopefully it coincides with their (most likely stellar) Financial reports.
The one theory I've been hearing thrown around is Nintendo will likely shadowdrop it, especially considering with the overuse of the internet because of COVID-19 keeping a bunch of people at home. Reminder that Twitch went down on Tuesday and Youtube is defaulting videos to standard definition.
If Nintendo coincided the next Direct until their next financial reports, we would have to wait another month for the next Direct (financials are on May 7th).

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Last time I checked, 26 minutes is the length of a normal Direct, not a Mini. Still good to see a general Direct though.
Ah, and it opens with a coronavirus disclaimer for release dates (not that normal Directs couldn't do with a disclaimer for those anyways, ala season 2 and later of Wit Wi CS).
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — UnknownI didn't realize until I was watching the Marvel Ultimate Alliance trailer just how much I missed the Fantastic 4. Seriously, I legit got choked up seeing them.
I'm only a fan of The Thing, but yeah it's nice that they and the X-Men are back.
It'd be nice if the X-Men weren't now a weird sex cult but w/e
Normal Directs go for 30-45 minutes. 26 minutes is fairly mini by those standards.
On another note, I was kinda thinking that they would shadowdrop a Direct because of those rumors going around that there was gonna be one today and everyone a couple days ago was like, "we would've found out by now if there was one."
On a third note, I think I'm most interested in...
- Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics. That looks like fun, already added it to my Wishlist.
- That update for ACNH looks pretty neat.
- Same for the SwSh DLC, no need for me to be any more sold on that since I prepurchased it already.
- Xenoblade remaster looks good, I didn't think they'd remix the music since it's already incredible, but the new ones? They sound alright, I guess.
- Bravely 2 looks good, too.
- ARMS rep for Smash, eh? Alright, I'm down. My picks would be Ribbon Girl, Twintelle or Dr. Coyle.
Long story. Go check out the comics thread.
No, lately general Directs are around 30 minutes. Longer is generally saved for the E3 event.
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — UnknownIt’s sad that Doctor Doom is only great in video game form.
It's been 3000 years…Pretty sure people like him in the comics.
Besides the comics, I mean.
It's been 3000 years…And he's gotten some good runs in animation...I think. I'm mostly going off season two of the Fantastic Four 90's series, and his brief run in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Never watched him in Avengers Assemble, so not sure how he fared there.
One Strip! One Strip!Comics Doom never styled on anyone with Foot Dives.
Have some more news that has nothing to do with a Direct.
The Resident Evil 3 remake demo was datamined and it had references to the Switch and the eShop.
