There are several examples on the page that seem to take the trope name quite literally. The trope itself is ambiguous enough that some of them might fit, but a few are pretty clearly the opposite of what the trope is supposed to be (like Mishap towards the bottom of the webcomic section), simply because they got their powers, whether weak or strong, in some sort of random way.
