Edit: Thanks I found him. He was not in Emerian Battlegrounds or southwest of the place they mentioned and instead near the beach like you mention.

Oh, so... I guess L's last affinity mission is the final affinity mission in the game, if that's the case.

Honestly, is there any real challenge left once you defeat Telethia? Or is it like killing Abaasy in the previous game?

You only have to deal 5% of its health for the quest. Still probably gonna be a hell of a challenge, but less than having to kill it.

quick question: what's the strongest skell?

The Ares-90 from what I hear.

Only in its base state. The absolute strongest possible is a White Gli—er, White Reaper Amadusias with the level 60 Mastema's armor and the Zenith Cannon.

So who was it that dressed up Murderess in some ridiculous outfit after getting her? I borrowed that idea, because it's the only way I've got to get her back for the shit she pulled in her recruitment mission. Tank top, Hawaiian print short shorts, heart glasses. -evil laugh-

Also I'm doing chapter 6 right now. That boss is a pain in the ass, but I almost beat it the first time, so winning should be within my reach.

Consider smashing everything on the way there, contrary to what your teammates say, in order to boost TP. You never know when it'll come in handy.

I myself completed Chapter 8. What a battle. Though I've probably yet to feel the wrath of that Proud Warrior Race Thundercat. And I wish the member cap wasn't at 3 for that mission, there wasn't any real excuse this time.

Yeah, I was planning on doing that. I figure the reason I did so well the first time is because there was a fight right before it that let me build up TP.

Now if only my party members knew how to actually SAVE TP instead of blowing it on auras when someone's down. :/

Make sure your party members only have two TP Arts (one Aura and one Attack). If you do that, you'll find them hitting max TP fairly often.

I didn't recall having trouble with the boss of Chapter 6. You know who IS giving me trouble, though?

The goddamn Blood Lobster asshat. I manage to slice him down to low health, then he engages overdrive and instantly kills my whole party with one attack.

I heard Blood Lobster has one hell of a breakdown if you choose to let them live at the end of that.

So it has to be said, H.B. is an awesome squadmate. One of the best in fact. Dude tanks, constantly topples enemies, and has the superior trash talk.

After a good few hours of scouring Devil'c Colorny for Beagflea squashes, I finally got my Skell Liscence! This thing covers a LOT of ground when you jump. I actually wound up jumping right into the drink in NLA.

Goddamnit. An electromagnetic storm happened in Cauldros so I flew over to try and find Coil, the Never-Ending, but it was nowhere to be found and then the storm passed.

Now I'm spamming time-changes at a tent but no EM storm will happen. I hate how hard it is to manipulate the weather. At least XC let you change time anywhere, which had a good chance of changing the weather.

The tip for going for EM storms is to go to one of those vans that change the time and change it to between 5-7, as that's the period when EM storms spawn.

Basically, change it to somewhere between those two times, then if you don't get it go ahead four hours, then go back to that period and repeat the process until you get it.

Coil, the Never Ending is high above the air near those Ganglion forts, so you need the Flight Module to reach them.

Oh, EM storms only happen in early morning? Good to know. I was just setting the clock forward 10 to 20.

And yeah, I figured Coil would be up in the mining equipment. I scoured the entire lava lake.

DID find a Tyrant one of those alligator things, but it's level 68 so I'll leave it be for now.

Anyone know the materials for Augs that boost TP or GP gain? I've ended up with a lot of tickets and am looking to buy.

Okay, apparently Coil is some kind of unbeatable god despite only being level 55.

Do enemy levels even mean anything in this game? I've fought level 60+ Tyrants not half as strong or durable as Coil.

And then there was that level 36 moose thing in Sylvalum that had like twenty trigintillion health but was otherwise unremarkable.

It might have just been strongly resistant to the damage type you were dealing.

Some Tyrants have different stats compared to others or other tricks you have to watch out for. Size makes a difference too, and species is important as well.

Well, Coil's one of those dumb electric ray fish things.

I'm equipping a Piscinoid Slayer augment this time, see if that works. But the problem isn't just the enemy resistance, its that it's dealing a crapload of damage to all my Skells.

Check what kind of damage it's showing when it attacks. It's possible to buff your resistances against specific damage types.
