action packed and hot chicks,what's not to like? A good replacement for Highschool of The Dead since I have honestly lost any hope to see that series continuing...The author should learn something with his partner artist on how to be a good professional...

Was able to read the 9th volume released in Japan. It is glorious, although some parts are Nightmare Fuel.

Still not a fan of the artist's conception of the female form, but the action is pretty rad. Better than I expected from Xebec, really.
That's just how Sato draws his females. The Highschool of the dead cast looks similar.
I know, I don't like the designs in HotD either.

Seems to pacing nicely IMO. I do think it may cut to the Neo TV Arc, though I think that could be in the OVA.
Or maybe something original.
Episode 4 is not bad. They seem to cut out Mikoto's flashback with her older brother.
Big surprise with episode 5, considering that the Neo TV arc is animated.

started reading the manga today. it's surprisingly interesting; i'll have to keep an eye on it.

Hey, there's a thread for this. I decided to hold off on the anime until the entire thing was done and I can binge watch at my leisure.
It's just neglected since no one scanlated the manga due to YP being very serious to ensure they publish it in English.
I don't know how far the adaptation will take, though I suspect it could be before Mikoto goes undercover.
Show ended, but the OVA is coming.
Suprised that they cut out the side stories. Made the show stop at the end of where volume 9 is.

An anime adaptation is due to be out by April of 2015. Xebec is the studio responsible for the animation.
