All I have to say (I'm not even a manga reader, I just read the spoilers) is We're probably gonna get "You Say Run" here. Unless the blow gets subverted, which.. Its All For One, so I wouldn't be surprised if it does.

I feel hype

It's funny, after seeing the first two episodes of the Star and Stripe saga, there's a big difference between Shigaraki for One, and the All for One in full control in the manga.

The latter is All for One just assuming direct control, while Shigaraki for One comes off as a fusion of those two villains to the point of not knowing who he really is sometimes.

This has interesting implications.

Got caught up on both the anime and the latest manga chapter.

Manga, that Star Quirk rampage was something.

Seeing her again and being reminded that she only lost because Shiggy For One was going through the ultimate identity crisis was rough. It sucks that she was set up to fail to an extent. Star was a character we should have seen more of before her death.

As for the latest chapter.... Happy Mothers Day everyone!

Lets hope Deku survives to enjoy it. Like, it would be a dick move for him to die here so I doubt it, but still, Inko's going to need all the weed in the world to relax after this.

Goddamn. I teared up at Inko. I'm all choked up. I was almost rolling my eyes for half the chapter, but then it got to me.

I just got around to read it. I hesitated between the choice of either doing it as it goes or all together in a single sequence But this is "WOW"! Izuku proves without a doubt that you don't need to be Superman to be the world's greatest hero. Just someone who can inspire everyone else to be better as people. I was tearing up! Seeing everyone like this feel so GOOD!

Yeah that was a great and emotional climax for the fight. Or at least for the physical part of it since I assume we will get another conclusion in the mental World.

Apparently this chapter is a volume-ender. I wonder where we go next? I see two possibilities: Either the fight IS over, and the next volume is the last and mostly epilogue, OR the the fight is not over, and we have two more volumes, one for fighting, one for epilogue.

I think Egghead will end halfway through next volume, and Elbaf will begin right at the end of it (since there will be some outside-world chapters between arcs).

Even if the fight's not over from this, I can't see it going for another entire volume.

I doubt this is the end of the fight, though I don’t think we have too much left to go. I’m guessing the series ends next volume. Probably half a volume of action left then half a volume of aftermath + epilogue.

Yeah, if the current chapter is a volume ender, I don't really see MHA making it past vol. 42. The real questionis just how much will be the final fight and how much will be the epilogue.

Also if it ends at 42, MHA is primed to be easily divided for 3-in-1 Omnibus releases

I really enjoy almost everyone helping out in the true final battle even if its just to block attacks and clear a path for deku.

I mean, if the author wanted to drag things out just a bit more, they could have Shigaraki regain control one last time, and have him fight Deku and the rest of Class 1A, while backed up by the remaining League members.

Dabi is done, Toga is something, possibly dead, but she ain't joining the fight again, and Compress is still hanging out in prison (which is pretty unlucky when you remember there was a massive jail break not too long ago by AFO). Spinner is the only one left, and even he's currently brain melted, so I don't even know if he could help.

Well Spinner might be insane right now, but he's also still loyal to Shiggy.

The fight wont be over until deko saves Tenko. Yes, despite everything I still think Tenko is in there somehow.

I said before, I think this fight ends with Deku re-entering the Vestige Space, promising Tomura that he's going to be a hero for everyone, including villains, and then Deku and Tomura team up to punch out the All For One Vestige. Which is probably going to happen within the next 2-3 chapters.

Isn't Tenko just as hateful as Tomura?
