Which is a serious red flag when it's, ya know, him. He's saying he's not him anymore? That Man Is Dead? Disassociating? Or him just saying whatever he thinks of to try and get them to leave him alone?

I guess this whole thing is kind of going to go the way of the Bakugo rescue - the whole thing gets reduced down the one big moment. Which is especially a shame, because I feel like this has been handled better than that time was.
