It's probably better than America actually. Most of the hatedom in Vale is towards Faunus, since Remnant as a whole is very much of, we are on the edge of apocalypse from an enemy that neither tires nor can be reasoned with or bribed to the point that it is an ultimate darkness that only a good amount of unity can hold back, sexual preference is much more a backseat to more, okay, can you insure our survival, cool, lets go.
