They straight up start with bad blood between them after the whole inconclusive duel and it doesn't seem to help when Link turns out to be The Hero chosen by destiny and Revali the hardworking birb has to play second fiddle Because Destiny Says So.

Silence is golden, noise is platinum. Keelah se'laiI just completed Chapter 6 and got Zelda's second weapon. While it made for awesome cutscenes, in battle it felt a bit underwhelming; I think I'll go back to mine carts.
Anyway, gotta fuse a lot of weapons for now. Then do some challenges, visiting the shops between each, so I can replenish materials for the quests I haven't done yet... Oh, and do the first mission again if I'm low on apples.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Huh, so they don't lock out Revali there? Interesting.
This is the same game where you can have Calamity Ganon fight Calamity Ganon.
Depending on how you interpret it, Malice Ganon from the future hijacked Ganon from this timeline.
Well they ARE the same guy so it's more of a merging of selves. Hell I always interpreted Malice as something Ganon can use to communicate through and even take direct control of things it infected. I can see him managing to use the Blight Ganons as puppet bodies simultaneously.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.SPOILER character being assumed as a joke character turns out to be dangerous.
Yeah I suppose it's just him reobtaining his power

Awww, I was hope for the Great Fairy to give Ganon a big fat kiss as the finisher...
FWIW Zelda's second weapon is hideously powerful because it has Ao E, gets stronger once you've hit an enemy with it a few times, and the ZR move lets it use the special gauge to quick fire upgraded strong attacks.
Oh and the enhancement makes strong attacks even better and increases the AOE.
Getting real close to finishing the game completely. Just finished every sidequest in my second province. Going to have to grind out some koroks, might start doing the challenge ones while I wait for blood moons to proc.
Okay, I'll level it up and give it its chance. Certainly feels less fun than the minecart though
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."I just did the mission where you get it, and I have to say, I could stand for it to have an easier introduction. "Here are three new mechanics. In order to help you figure them out, we've put a guardian, a lynel, and two moblins in a small arena to test them on!"
It's funny how early characters are just "fight these mobs and maybe one boss" while later ones have "fight these bosses and a lynel!"

Lynels are dangerous, but at least they're not unfair. When a Lynel hits you, you beat yourself for getting too greedy or failing that perfect-dodge. When a Hinox hits you, you yell at the camera for not letting you see where you are, where the walls are, etc.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Yeah Lynels are dangerous but they aren't exactly the Demonic Spiders they have a reputation for being in BOTW: aside from a high damage output and for later upgrades having a short window to bomb/freeze them there's nothing really setting them apart from any other opponent. I kinda wanted them to be a lot more aggressive, the type of enemy that never stops attacking where you constantly have to worry about your guard being broken. OR maybe I just miss Ninja Gaiden.
Now, when the game makes you fight two Lynels at the same time...
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Oh my goddesses they altered the description for the Zora armor chestpiece. You gotta see it to believe it.
ALSO you can indeed unlock the crossdressing outfit for Link in case anyone was worried.
Lynels are fine but I swear Ice Lynels are a bitch to deal with due to their attack patterns.
So remind me, where do I go to refill the heart restore item?

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."No legit, I have no idea where I get hearts.
Like I’ve been winging it this entire game.

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Aaaah, thanks.

I think that's because the big thing that humbled Revali in the original game was literally getting killed, and obviously that doesn't happen here.
