That's the case in various places around the wiki. It's not technically a bug, but it's a misfeature that we need to live with.

For some reason, Ask The Tropers treats usernames as if the same usernames but with different capitalization are different than each other, despite it being the same account.
Thus, one can't edit their post if, for example, they're logged in on their computers as "karjamp" instead of "KarjamP" like they usually are.
