I got past the red screen with the messages and was trying to get the baby to laugh a second time. It laughed once and I couldn't get it to laugh twice. I figured I'd just start the loop again and then the ghost scared the bejesus out of me.
I repeated that a few times. Sometimes she'd appear sometimes not and I could only ever get one laugh.
After a while shit just got weird. Every time I restarted the loop the lighting changed. The lighting turned green at first. Then red on the next loop. Then no lighting. Then blue. Then a blacklight kind of thing.
Oh really when?Yikes.
I didn't even know it could do all that stuff you mentioned…
Neither did I.
I was following a guide the entire time because I'm a big scaredy cat.
I never did finish it properly, after the lighting went back to normal after the upteenth loop and then changed back to green on the next one I just gave up.
Oh really when?Regarding the teaser, perhaps the fetus-thing is related to the plans made in the original games by the cult of Silent Hill to birth their deity—whether simply a shout-out, or a hint that the plot-point is going to be revisited?
My Games & WritingWho is that?

DumboSome quick googling reveals that he's Akira Yamaoka. A video game composer best known for his work on, surprise, the Silent Hill series. Heck, he was even an executive producer for the first Silent Hill movie.

Even merely reading the Kotaku article on what people were doing with the teaser/demo was enough to give the shivers, considering it was at around 1AM (it's 1:22am now actually).

I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.Kotaku: Nobody actually knows how they solved P.T.
Somehow you know that the time is right.Yeah, a lot of the trigger are seemingly random. I haven't seen a ghost or got the phone to ring and the baby definitely laughed twice in the same loop. I did get the bag to talk, but that's it.
lol
lolSo why do people defend PT?
I mean, its incredibly tedious Kojima troll thing that exists to tease unrelated thing <_< Why do people defend it, I have seen playthroughs and oh dear lord it gets ridiculous closer and closer the end
Especially in final moment when everything is random, you can't fricking create random puzzles without hints
Because it's really damn good and really damn scary.
That's got to be the first piece of any media in years to have me genuinely terrified.
Oh really when?Atmosphere is king with this sort of thing.
But it stops being scary after the point when you become too frustrated at being stuck in same hallway forever without having clue what to do And teaser relies on "Frustrate player, HEY JUMP SCARE" thing
Like, its good for first 20 minutes after which it gets progressively more tedious until the final point is completely up to luck after which you are told you have been playing teaser trailer for 5 hours or however long the final part takes for you
Hell, even before the part where goal is to answer the phone, most of gameplay is staring at random crap until you reach correct trigger.
And how the heck anyone is supposed to find those photo pieces? They are ridiculously small

I never did find the photo pieces. Didn't even know they were a thing. Quite a few things didn't happen that were apparently supposed to on my playthrough.
Like that creepy tall guy at the end of the hall never appeared.
Oh really when?Riiiiiiight
Anyway, I guess this teaser is kinda impressive in sense its random so that could potentially lead to something interesting in genre where replayability is a problem, but how can anyone really defend what this game did with it?
I mean, its obvious the final puzzle is meant to be insanely random and impossible to do to make sure that only few people manage to see the revelation that this is a teaser <_< Thats not fun, thats annoying as hell, just like how Kojima wanted it to be
I never found it too annoying. I panicked more than anything what with the game seemingly going off the rails that apparently never existed.
Oh really when?Riiiight.
Most of people I've seen have been really annoyed with the "game" <_<
Bah, young people today and their inability to sit down and think out a video game. Been spoiled by too much railroading and linear level design.
Oh really when?Short conversation with Kojima.
In a nutshell, still deciding between first- or third-person view for the final game, likely 2016 release, possibly open-world.
Somehow you know that the time is right.^^Says the person who didn't complete the game either
It got dark and I got scared
Oh really when?Wait, so you quit before you got to the point where you quit out of frustration? <_<
Nah I got to that point and managed to get one laugh but then everything started going off the rails and I got scared.
I'm a large man with a beard, not a brave one.
Oh really when?
Four different colors? The walkthrough I saw only had red and yellow.
By the way, when they say this teaser is on PSN, does that mean I can get it for PS 3 or it's only on PS 4?
Also, how much is it, if it costs money?
