New 4KotA. Big takeaways: Howzer gets over his funk and solos the dragon, he, Donny, and Edlin all make up, Percival keeps the Dragon Handle and it now has a proper blade on it, and the gang continues its path to Liones.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards that too. Bride must be Guinevere, who happens to meet Sin's story about some people seeing their future love (Percival's dream about wrestling with Anne?). Even when Sin talks about the "kids" like he wasn't their age, I could see that as him making himself seem older and tougher than he is, just like he did in the side story.

I watched the Cursed by Light movie. It wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't wow me. It kinda by the numbers and not very ambitious.

The plot is exactly what I expected after trailers, the fights, while definitely better animated than in the series didn't impress me with choreography or anything, and the antagonists are undeveloped and really boring.

It's mostly a hour and a half of tying up some loose ends and dropping some foreshadowing for sequel series.

So they end up in a village of color demons who were stuck in human form. Harmless despite how it appeared until they end up removing the device making them human, allowing the Knights to hunt down the non-humans.

I predicted pretty much everything but it was fun seeing the big reveal anyway. Some vague hints that alluded to the villagers being demons instead of ogres, down to the village elder looking like a downgraded Demon King. Even Anne not knowing about Ardd being a Camelot Holy Knight works, since he didn't lie about his desire to kill monsters. He just left out some details.

New chapter came early. Looks like the village elder is actually Gowther, looking very old, very tall, and very ripped.

Also, new Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Gowther shifts back to his original form and helps Ardbeg, who dies trying to save Anne.

I assumed the Deathpierce thing would be brought up in Four Knights. Probably by him joining with Arthur.

Edinburgh was the setting for the Vampires of Edinburgh special manga chapters which introduced Gelda.

So Grudge of Edinburgh probably has some relation to that.

I think Deathpierce is supposed to be a survivor from Edinburgh.
