The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai)

Can someone make a Four Knights of the Apocalypse page with the characters tropes we have some for Percival, Ironside, and Varghese but they are just from the first chapter. I'd do it myself but I doubt I'd do a good job.

So I decided to look up these Four Horsemen and I have to ask: how the fuck do Merlin and Escanor have a son together?

They do? The only ones we know are the past series' kids are Tristan (Meliodas/Elizabeth) and Lancelot (Ban/Elaine). Percival is unrelated to anyone as far as we know (Ironside/????) and we barely know anything about the fourth knight.

They don't as Escanor died and never got into a relationship with Merlin before he died.

RIP Percival (for now anyway). We hit darkest hour a lot faster than I thought we would.

Pouring one for my homie, Percy, as he lived up to his namesake.

New chapter is out. Percival is back, this time via the power of Hope. Also, Anne already has both her kiss AND her Important Haircut in record time.

Seriously, though, I'm glad this manga is not relying so much on 7DS characters so much. Even though I have a feeling we'll get some major appearances on next week's chapter. [tongue

It's just his face it's not a big mystery. He looks like the Grandpa probably due to being his son and stuff.

Yeah, I know, but I've seen a fair share of theories saying "Ironside is actually X" when I didn't think it was a huge deal.

Also, the anime's final episode aired today. The final season drops on Netflix on the 28th, and then Cursed by Light comes out on July 2nd.

Was his face supposed to be a big reveal? He just looks like younger version of Gramps, which is what he'd be expected to look.

I think we can put this to bed finally Arthur's definitely evil now. Also looking real spooky with his chaos powers.

Yeah, it's the real deal. No impostor or anything. There's a chance Chaos is corrupting him even partially, but that is honestly less interesting to me. I hope he's the Big Bad either way. I thought one of 7DS's weaknesses is that it didn't establish a main antagonist early and clearly, so the Demon King and Cath were underwhelming.

I like Anne's new look, even if she looks shorter than before.

The Demon King was established as the big villain fairly quickly once it became clear the Demons were the villains. But he took forever to show up and do stuff, and he was not given any good fights.

Arthur being an asshole is one of my favorite story beats so I'm DOWN for this.

New chapter is out. A lighthearted transition the next arc and some exposition. Sin gives a very Ban-like glare and Howzer is back, looking pretty rough.

New chapters are out but no one has commented yet.

Apparently, Donny is Howser's nephew and a Holy Knight dropout.

We knew Donny was a Holy Knight reject, but not the circumstances. Howzer treated him horribly. I wonder what happened that made him a bitter drunk. I mean, besides Donny running away and Edlin being a bandit, that is.

Also, anyone guessing who/what is Sin's true identity?

So what happened with the movie, anyway? It came out last month and nothing about it was even mentioned here.

It came out in Japan and we don't know if/when it'll come to Netflix. From what I've heard, the big highlights were the King/Diane wedding, the big showdown with the Supreme Deity, and the post-credits scene setting up Four Knights of the Apocalypse.
