Quite recently, I begun a guide to recaping episodes/story arcs/series, in order to help people create them, and possibly create a template/standard for existing ones to be edited towards.
As of right now, it is located at So You Want To/Recap, in which is what I thought it would be appropriate for it to be located at.
Upon looking at the other So You Want Tos, and after looking at Administrivia, I came upon a realization that I have it in the wrong namespace.
So, I am here asking two things:
to request help in the creation of the guide
to submit it for candidacy to be moved to Administrivia.
