I'm unsure on this one...kinda wanna call it Keep Until Better Image Suggested, kinda wanna call BUPKIS due to the concept being really hard to adequately pic.

It shows a Baby Planet, and although it's technically a justified case as explained in the description, it's seriously misleading, since for the most part, this isn't what the trope's about at all.
