Gerber's run on Man-Thing is one of those comics that's always in my "I really need to read this one day" list, but I've never got around to it. I absolutely loved Howard The Duck and his work on The Defenders, so logically, I should enjoy Man-Thing as well.
As for recommendations, I hear Jack Kirby's Devil Dinosaur is a fun read and while the character is the villain in it, Groot's debut appearance is a fun little tale in that often-imitated, rarely duplicated Silver Age way.

I'm currently reading Steve Gerbers run on Man-Thing. It's pretty good so far actually, and I'm wondering if anyone else here would like to talk about Man-Thing and other marvel monsters. Along with giving out some reccomendations if asked.
