@Grim: He's joking of course. Although the part about that tic bringing up bad memories is very much a real complaint. Let's just say at least one or two very unpleasant individuals who have been subsequently hyper-permabanned used that tic frequently, and for people who were around during their reign of terror, hearing that is kind of like the echoing laughter of Heath Ledger's Joker
