Is it possible for me to make my juvenile delinquent with Dust-powered Kamen Rider armor yet?

EDIT: I know I sound annoying, but after getting into Kamen Rider, I am feeling a mighty need to Rider Kick a Grimm right in its stupid snout.

EDIT#2: So it turns out Insano made one already. I'd like to stick to mine, but put the weight of money behind it. To commute my character's sentence, the big ol' Dust company (possibly the Schnees) forcibly enrolled him into Beacon in order to make up for his crimes (and provide them with research data). The crime? Took one of their trucks for a joyride and crippled the Schnees' Hunter candidate who was to be the test subject for the suit below...

The suit's known as the Schnee Variable Response Suit Mk. XXII aka "The Chained King". As of the moment, I've got three modes for it. The default Vandal form (balanced stats, a length of industrial dock chain as a weapon), the Outlaw Mode (light armored Fragile Speedster-pistolero deal with advanced vehicle-piloting capabilities) and the Ogre Form (heavily-armored form equipped with a kanobo and all-important mechanical growl). I'm also thinking of making a form of shield-wielding "Captain America" form, but am undecided. It's a bit of a stretch, I know.

Can this kid also discover his Semblance as he goes along? I'm thinking a 'Switch Places With Any Single Aura User in a 30 ft. Radius' deal.

I hope some parts of this isn't too excessive? I can edit and make changes if needed. Here goes!

  • Name: Naima Spoden

  • Gender: Female

  • Age: 17

  • Race: Human

  • Appearance: Standing at 5'7”, Naima possesses curly black hair that extends to her lower back, hazel-green eyes that are usually behind a pair of black-framed glasses, and rich dark skin. Her build is slight yet developed, having grown into her looks at an appropriate age. Outside of class (and battle) she sticks to casual clothing in muted colors.

  • Her battle attire could best be described as “steampunk chic”. A sleeveless rust-colored bodice that has rifle green laces and trimming fits securely around her upper half. Extending from her mid-arms all the way to her wrists are corduroy arm-warmers that are a slightly darker (almost black) shade of brown. The bottom half of her body is covered by a pair of olive-colored breeches with brown stripes running in a zig-zag fashion. Around her waist is a utility belt complete with a holster for her weapon and some ammo pouches. The breeches flare out into ruffled hems, each leg having a rust-colored bow tied around their ends. From there black stockings are visible, disappearing into black, corset-laced, zip-up boots.

  • Weapons and Equipment: Shear Edge

    • It's primary form is a large ballistic knife. The blade is made to be fired outward, and is attached to a single wire that makes retrieval quite easy. She does all of this with a push of a button the hilt, though she usually employs some kind of slashing motion to go along with it. As a secondary feature, the wire can be made to protrude razors that are perfect for digging into the flesh of foes and causing added damage. This is especially helpful when Naima uses the wire as a makeshift rope to wrap opponents up with, binding them so that they cannot easily take any further actions.

      • Interestingly enough, fine manipulation of the knife is possible. Naima has been working on using subtle flicks of her hand to achieve this while grasping the hilt. Thus far she's been able to “curve” the blade back towards a target after it's been initially hit, which allows the delivery of several successive blows without her having to retract the blade and then fire it again. Though this has the downside of the blade loosing it's power over time which means Naima has to recall it before that happens in order to “recharge” it. Lastly, dust can be stored inside for a variety of added effects.

    • For Shear Edge's secondary form, it lengthens, extends, and thickens into a staff, with another blade emerging from the bottom of the hilt so that it becomes a double-sided polearm. Naima utilizes this form (reluctantly) for close-quarters combat, though ranged capabilities still exist since both blades can be fired off whenever she desires. The same aforementioned fine manipulation is also available.

    • It also has a tertiary form that is essentially a rifle. Utilizing dust as a propellant, it uses blades as ammunition by default. Naima is able to load it with clips like a normal gun and fire it akin to a semi-automatic rifle – although there is a period of time where some “cooldown” is required so that it does not overheat from excessive usage. Thus far she hasn't tried any other forms of ammunition, though the option is most certainly there.

  • Semblance: Prestidigitation: With this semblance, Naima is capable of generating small effects and applying them to her surroundings. She likes to refer to them as “tricks” – and really, that's what they are.

  • At the lowest display of this power she's done things such as spontaneously changing the color of objects (and people if she's feeling particularly mischievous), creating various distracting auditory/visual displays, producing small items from hidden spots, and altering the surface of a floor to make it highly slippery. At the highest display of this power thus far Naima's turned an incoming shot from an opponent's weapon into a harmless flock of doves.

  • It should be noted of course that she cannot always create effects that will be one-hundred percent useful. It's a very situational ability that requires the right conditions to be greatly beneficial. Additionally, large-scale effects are pretty difficult to pull off without Naima taking a hit to her reserves. It's very taxing to alter objects of significant velocity, density, size, etc.

  • Personality: With more than enough brains to become a great scholar, Naima admittedly paints the picture of someone who is more at home in the library stacks than on the battlefield. Due to her nature she's prone to making remarks that garner her weird looks and quiet whispers from her peers – though she doesn't seem to notice (or if she does she doesn't let on as much).

  • When she's not fully engrossed in something though Naima is pretty friendly, displaying a habit of interjecting with what she deems helpful advice whether it's warranted or not. Though she tries to mask it her awkwardness in social situations usually comes boiling to the surface after extended interaction which often prompts her to retreat back into her comforts (i.e. books) as a defense mechanism. To most she seems pretty passive. Still, it would be foolish to count her out completely. Beneath that bookworm exterior lies an extraordinary tactician with skills of manipulation she herself probably isn't all that aware of.

  • Bio: Born of the happy union between a businessman and his stunning socialite wife, Naima ended up being an only child. Though her parents cared for her greatly, their individual endeavors kept them from being around much. Thus, it could be said that the books in the family's immense library provided the young girl with companionship. She read everything from amazing works of fiction to startlingly real tales of nonfiction. It was quite apparent as she grew older that she craved knowledge, forgoing even sleep itself at times. Her parents were fine with her obsession as long as she wasn't out creating chaos or getting involved with riff raff.

  • What they didn't expect however was for Naima to one day declare her intention to become a Huntress. It came out of seemingly nowhere. She'd never expressed any interest in fighting as far as Mr. and Mrs. Spoden could recall. Attempts to talk her out of it proved fruitless. Each point they came up with as to why she shouldn't pursue this goal was met with a counterpoint from their young daughter as to why she seen herself as suitable for such a career. If anything her parents were fair people, and since she was able to defend her decision they found they had no choice but to support her. So with that Naima was shipped off to the nearest combat school.

  • Her physical skills were not the best, and she did stumble along in the beginning. But with some hard work and continued use of her solid logic skills Naima was able to make admirable progress. When it came time to take the next step she chose to do so at Beacon, having met (well, exceeded if we're not being modest) the stringent entrance requirements. She's looking forward to what her time at Beacon will teach her.

My main problems are the Semblance:

I think it should be that her large scale "tricks" are incredibly taxing on her, and should be harder for her to do depending on the scale of what she's doing. A speeding bullet coming at her isn't that big of a deal really, people in this world can take a missile/sniper round/ building to the face and keep ticking, but that could still be useful.

As for her weapon, I have one concern, what did you mean by rail gun exactly? Is it able to shoot through walls and a bunch of other things like in some sci-fi universes?

Yeah, I wanted feedback on her semblance especially. What you said makes a whole lot of sense. Also, by railgun I meant something along the lines of this. Perhaps I should just scale it down to rifle — though I did want an electricity element involved with the dust.

Scaling down the gun would be immensely helpful. A rifle's good, a railgun maybe not so much.

  • Name: Jack Reisetoter
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 18
  • Race: Human
  • Appearance: Jack is a brown haired darkly tanned male, he has bright green eyes, which he often hides under dark red goggles. He wears a brown leather vest, showing scars all over his torso. and a pair of jeans with black boots.
  • Weapons and Equipment:
    • Ymir and Surt: Jack wields two Gauntlets, that cover his hand and forearms, which look like a combination of steel and leather, held together with iron bands and screws with heavy black studs on the knuckles, while they seem deeply fragile.
  • Semblance: Jack's semblance is unique in that he never actually turns it on, it automatically turns on whenever the Hunter is exposed to heat, however, he has been observed to ignite in particularly cold climates, or become covered in frost in particularly hot climates. Jack's aura is also unique in that it only affords him durability and strength, however, these two aspects are far more potent than usual.
  • Personality: Jack is sarcastic, pragmatic and a bit of an asshole, he is a bit of an idealist, however, he is fully aware that the Grimm are part of life, and will never go away, he also has a tendency to cause massive collateral damage without really caring. He also has an uncanny knack to find someone's Berserk Button and hit it with a sledgehammer. He exhibits Anarchistic views, and generally has immense Distaste of the Queen, something he is more than willing to say to her face.
  • Bio: Jack grew up with his uncle, An old hunter named Killian who lived on the side of the forest, a town that was under constant threat of Grimms, during which, he was home schooled before being sent to Beacon, where he is now. Though he has recently stared getting flashes to bizarre scenarios.
