There are only 3 examples I would consider worth keeping on there.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe examples are shit but I'm amazed this trope is doing poorly
Like you'd think this would be a really common thing.
Oh really when? The description is confusingly worded (and the phrase "you should always expect" is empty bluster). I can sort of see where it's pointing at, but it may be to blame for the lack of well-written examples.

I'll tighten up the definition then. That should help.
EDIT: Is that better?

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickYes it is; I made some coding tweaks but overall it's good. Now, we just need to fix the examples...oy vey, what a mess.
Yeah, the examples on this need some help, and it really should be more common than it's listed as right now.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickClock is set.
I vote somebody take this back to YKTTW for entry pimping.
That doesn't seem warranted in this case.
It needs something. There are only eight examples for a rather common trope. Entry pimping might not be a bad thing.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickRe-clocking; has any progress been made on this?
Apparently none worth noting. Locking up.
This is a far more common trope than it looks like from the page, but the page itself is filled with ZCEs and not crosswiked well.
