Forget the previous post, Mr. Diplomat. I want you to consider something much more interesting. What about your concordiat accepting us as their newest overlords? This is what will eventually happen, and, admit it, this is what you fear. The only alternative is a group of your own "hawks" overcoming their fear of genocide, destroying us and becoming straw humans as I described before, than using their newfound knack at violence for consolidating power over all of your species. This will not be better than rule by us, in fact, this will be much worse for you. I offer the easier solution: accepting us without violence.
What you've heard is another fine trait of humanity that you do not understood, called chutzpah. This is what allowed us to prosper and progress so quickly. If you follow us, we will bring all of your species to galactic dominance and beyond, beyond your wildest dreams and ultimate fantasies.
