Archer phases out just in time to meet his old enemy. Just before Kyoka Suigetsu is released, he launches a copy of the sword towards every non-Aizen combatant, while not aiming to kill or impede them.

All of a sudden mid sword release, Archer looks in horror as the sword being released disappears. Aizen's form phase shifts and he disappears. Just after all the blades had passed everyone and hit the ground, Archer hears the dreaded words right next to his ear
Shatter. Kyoka Suigetsu,
A blinding light hits everyone as Aizen's form disintigrates before their eyes.

It would have been better if you caught them. Then again, it would have been easier if no one had seen them in the first place, but no matter.
The voice echoes around everyone and bounces off the walls, seemingly coming from everywhere.

You do know your own sword's weakness, right? I touched Kyoka Suigetsu before you released it last fight; Complete Hypnosis can't affect me. For that matter, so did that guy. (tilts head towards Shao Kahn)
Archer doesn't budge, instead making eye contact with the real Aizen.

With a very un-Aizen like move, he claps his hands together and settles into a low stance. Bringing them down in front of him, a violent shockwave hits the immediate vicinity shattering all copied swords and causing hurricane like winds to go wild.
You forget why I was able to do the things I do.
A nanosecond later, and Aizen's arm is inches away from Archer's nose, poised to take his head—-

...and in that same split second, Archer summons Kanshou to his hand and blocks the fist with its flat. The sword cracks a little, but is still intact. He then summons Bakuya in his other hand, trying to stab Aizen with it.

Archer raises Kanshou to block the next punch. The sword is now too damaged to be usable, so he dismisses it. Breaking out of Aizen's grab, he jumbs backwards into the air.
I am the bone of my sword.
He summons his bow and nocks the Fake Spiral Sword. The Broken Phantasm charges...
Caladbolg!
...and is loosed towards Aizen, charged with destructive energy with a wide Splash Damage radius and powerful enough to pierce Berserker's God Hand.
