But it'll feel like garbage a la Sharknado. Like it's a bad movie that knows it's bad and it reveals in how bad it is. I would rather give more respect to a bad movie that tries to be good but fails but there is an attempt over bad movies that don't try, know they don't try and it makes the movie worse.

Re Back to the Future. I've only seen the first. I've heard that the sequels are largely retreads of the same plot in different settings anyway. Jaws 19 isn't quite so implausible given how many Friday The Thirteenth movies there were.

Final Fantasy 6: So I was planning to do another test in the Veldt. The very first battle was a freaking Holy Dragon. Sabin one shotted it with dualcast of course, but it killed Gau before anyone could go.

So what I was trying to test was what happens if you just have Sabin and Gau, and then Gau returns from leaping but Sabin Soul Spirals before the rejoin thing is finished. Unfortunately, I couldn't pull it off despite repeated attempts. Sabin will enter the blitz animation, but the battle ends before he can cast it.

If you Soul Spiral with solo Sabin, you just get a normal game over.

Incidently, Soul Spiral heals 9999. Unfortunately, noone has close to that much HP. It'd be most useful for healing Sabin ironically, but even he has only 7536.

I thought maybe Doma isn't working because you need more than 2 people. So now I'm trying it with the big guns - Cyan, Sabin, Celes, and Umaro.

This time Cyan stays in bed. Huh.

I am now solo Umaro. The party has been split up.

What's behind door number 1?

The party has fallen... Umaro got doomed and was seconds away from finishing off the last enemy. Guess I should have left him with the hyper wrist on after all. I guess I don't really need sprint shoes.

(With hyper wrist, he one shots every enemy. He probably could win without it too, but he got a bit unlucky and was put to sleep with doom going.

I like the Escher stairs aesthetic here.

There's a door with three pads around it. Guess I need to gather the whole party before I can get through. Incidently, that's probably why nothing happened when I slept with less than 3 characters.

Well I think I've pretty much done everything I can without waking up the others. Rise and shine, Sabin!

I'm going to have Sabin just attack himself every round. He's so tough that he'll last a while anyway though.

Wakey wakey, Celes!

Sabin stops fooling around and dualcast Thundergaga's himself to death. In retrospect, he should have taken out Celes first.

I just remembered that Celes can use magic too. It took her 4 tries to knock herself out though. How does she even miss herself? Stupid shield.

We now return to your regularly scheduled Adventures of Umaro, the Lonely Yeti.

Umaro can now walk across the pads. The three stooges pop out of the door.

The stooges sileneced Umaro. Not sure why they bothered.

Unfortunately, they also petrified him, which counts as death for some reason. The party has fallen...

Time to try again with Umaro wearing a ribbon. Sadly, he had to give up his egg.

Umaro has been frozen in time sitting there for a while. Ironically the stooges healed him wiht a blizzard.

This is going to be a long battle...

Particularly since they keep healing each other for 9999.

After a minute or two of fast forward, Umaro finally takes out Moebius. Progress! Should go a lot faster now that one's down.

You've got to be kidding me! Moebius was raised.

26 seconds of fast forward later, Umaro takes out Curly. Time to see if it sticks.

Larry down! I think this is it.

Moebius down! And this is it! Umaro did it!

That was a fairly boring fight because Umaro couldn't do anything half the time due to being purple or white and the stooges kept healing him with their blizzards. Luckily, Umaro does so much damage that he can kill people fast in the rare case when he does get some lucky hits in.

He was doing over 5k damage per hit as far as I could tell.

And now Sabin is on the memory train.

The problem with the Friday the 13 movies and Jaws movies is that they should not be made in the 90s and 2000s. The quality of those movies are going to get worse and worse. And the Jaws 19 parody is funny because Hollywood isn't stupid enough to do that...(looks at Transformer movies and vomits)

Think I am going to give up on trying to make that cosplay. Really do not have the confidence for it and I would probably make a disaster instead (and make Chris-chan look like the best cosplayer ever).

What the hell was I thinking anyway? Trying to cosplay from a show where all my favorite characters are girls and I am just some horrifying blob irl? It was never going to end in anything but disaster anyway.

... I'm just going to go to bed and hope tomorrow (well, today seeing as it is really late) is a lot better...

Not entirely accurate. Part II involves Biff from 2015 colluding with Biff from 1955 to screw up the timeline. So Doc and Marty have to go back to 1955 to stop Biff, while avoiding interfering with their own past selves. The overall effect is that there's a new plot in the foreground, while scenes from the first movie play out in the background.

But Part III totally is a rehash of the first movie, just in the wild west.

Dangit, I want donuts now.
