"moderator restored to earlier version"

There is a little bug in the "moderator restored to earlier version" function of a page.

Namely, just after this the simple line returns ( with \\) are not displayed anymore. (The text including such return stay on the same line.)

Also, it seems wicks that are corrected by the restoration are not immediately seen in "related to" pages.

It's not a very big deal, since both are corrected as soon as the page is edited again (even with a null edit). And this is not a function that should be used too often (except we have a very persistent vandal lately), but I wanted to let you know.

I've never noticed this myself until I dug deep into the fora and came across this thread. Does it still happen?

That is as far as I know a problem with many special tools.

When a page is edited, not only does its content change, but other things are modified, such as Related To listings. Many tools like "revert" don't do this.

Also, the system revert does break indexes until they get a regular edit.

Bumping...I don't think this is an issue anymore, but I wanted to verify before locking.

It is a problem still, I am sure. Like with ghost wicks, the key problem is that moderator revert does not interact with the crosslink tables.
