Actually, Film.K-PAX should be moved to Film.KPAX and then both that page and the literature page should be custom titled to K-PAX. We try to avoid hyphens in titles now. See How to Move a Page for how to do the actual moving, and remember to shift the subpages, too.

Seems it mostly worked, but the Fuuny/Heartwarming/Awesome tabs in the button cluster don't show up on the film page, they do on the novel but not the film.
That's because you didn't set the page type.
I set it as a subpage.
When I checked it, the page didn't have a type set. But then again, the page type tool seems to not be working perfectly, such as on Truth in Television, where you can't change the type from "redirect" for whatever reason.

Work pages (which the Film/ page is) should be set to page type "work".
I'm unsure if this is the place to ask but I've never had to ask before. KPAX needs to be moved to K-PAX. K-PAX is a film adaptation of the book, so the links at the top of the page (YMMV, Discussion, etc) need to be edited to link to the film and literature pages (I'm unsure how it works)
