I'm pretty sure you can do that, as long as there's already an adult in the house you're moving them to.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."So, what's the verdict on this game?
I feel like goofing off with a Sims game, but from what I understand this one's a huge step down from 2 and 3?
Perhaps I should just wait for the inevitable 5, unless it's even worse.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! It's not great. The character creation is probably the best it's ever been when it comes to face and body structure, but the limited hair and clothing options- especially if you don't have the DLC or expansions, is really off-putting.
And the gameplay is... eh.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Then I won't bother.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."That's pretty cool.
I guess that's kinda cool, for people that wanted it. I never saw it as necessary, but hey to each Sim their own.
As someone who prefers Sims 2 to 3 (even though the customization was objectively better in 3, I'm not too invested in that) would getting 4 be worth it for me? People were saying early on that there was no content at launch which kept me from buying it, but they seem to be dropping major patches -for free- and some interesting expansions.
Side comment: People are still modding stuff into Sims 2, which I thought was crazy. I still play 2, so I'm happy about that.
The most edgy person on the Internet.I think the lack of create-a-style in Sims 4 is the only major thing left which it doesn't have but Sims 3 did. If you don't care about that part then it's probably a good buy. (Not speaking from experience; I don't plan to play 4 any time soon.)
One upside is Sims 4 has a 64 bit exe, and it runs a lot better than 3, at least on my pc.
So, are we allowed to show off stuff we've made in this thread? 'Cause I just made this pretty cool house.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodYou make it from the ground up? Because that looks pretty sweet. And affordable, unlike any house I ever made in TS3.
Looks good; like a Maxis house. Very compact. I always build things thinking they're too big but end up not having enough room for all the random clutter I throw everywhere.
I did end up getting this game. I'm really enjoying it so far; more than I thought I would. RIP Toddlers and all, but I really only miss pets and weather from the last games.
I might have a modding problem though. With less than 24 hours in the game I already have 50~ installed, including some script mods (including one that lets children die of anything because realism) and some some CC.

The most edgy person on the Internet.Necro'ing the thread again.
I agree with some of the video's points, but I still prefer Sims 4 to Sims 3, because whilst it doesn't have as many features, even with expansions, 4's features feel more polished. It may also have something to do with having bought 4 at 50% off a few months after launch.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodSo, the Sims 4 is coming to consoles on November the 17th.
It looks like it's gonna be a direct port and not a watered down version, as it happened before.
How will they handle the expansions? As DLC? A Season Pass?
Either way, I can't wait.
Yeah, I saw the adds for the console version on Facebook, but I can't honestly see a reason for me to buy when I already own it on PC. I mean, there's nothing new! At least The Sims 3 on console had that Karma thing.
Surprised no one mentioned this.
No horses, tho.
This thread is surprisingly dead for such a popular game.
I know the PS 4 and Xbone just got console ports. I wonder if the Switch will get one too.
I mean it's not actually all that popular. They stripped out too much from Sims 3.
I like it. The Vampire pack makes vampires way better than Sims 3.
TS 4 is decently popular and it has a pretty strong fandom. I guess most fans stick to Tumblr and Youtube.
Slightly necroing this thread, but I couldn't find a more appropriate one to ask this: anybody knows where on the internet I can find the original The Sims game? I found the second one in some places, but the original has eluded me for months at this point, and it's the one I like the most out of them all.
Amazon? I know they have the Complete version for prices.
So I haven't bought the game yet but I have a plan to make one of my first households a evil cult when I do, and I am curious if in the manage households menu if you can steal children from other houses? They said in one of the guides you could move children around but maybe you also need to move them along with an adult in order for that to work.
The reason I want Premade children is because I could choose a lifetime goal for them that benefits the cult, but still have them have prior connections to people in the town.
Then when the leader gets old I can feed them one by one to the cow plant. . . or stage a rebellion, I'm not good at killing off sims.
