Knight Templar, not Knights Templar...two completely different things. I think this is one that's definitely going to need misuse proven to get a name change going.

Yeah, the new name is worse. Considering the Knights Templar of old were known for abusing their power to do what they thought was righteous even if it meant performing evil acts on their "enemies", it works.

What about changing the name from "Knights Templar" to "Knights Unexemplar" that will make the name punny, and also may attract more visitors because of its catchiness. It will also provide a greater "negative connotation" to those labelled with this trope which is the desired effect.
