...Isn't that a different gun from the one already in? The Shedu? Sentient Arm gun?
"You can reply to this Message!"Yeah, the quest has been around since Railjack was launched. There's no new content with the update, but a lot of old content has been overhauled. Most notably, enemy armor scaling got nerfed; it continues to be exponential growth up to about level 75, then it levels off and becomes linear growth.
New Content comes further into the month with Operation Scarlet Spear.
"You can reply to this Message!"Okay, so I guess I somehow managed to completely miss that a new quest dropped with Railjack. I don't exactly check the mission codex thing daily.
Are the Laverian entries also old? Atlas and Ivara?
Yes, they come with new content to the Frames, ie a Prime or Deluxe skin, now.
"You can reply to this Message!"I like that Leverian entries are now a codex tab so I don't have to look up the frames on the market.
Anniversary time!
HAPPY 7TH!
Also looks like we're doing another community frame, Nova was the last one. (I DID not know that.)
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Finally got my Railjack some proper guns (a Vidar Carxinox for the side and a Zekti Photor for myself as the pilot because I like Photor and its my ship), farmed the last few standard Mods I need (I still want the Black Hole tactical one, but that can come in time) as well as Zekti Hull and Shields so its now eminently capable of handling even the toughest Veil Umbra missions without too much issue.
Its build as a gunship, ie no Archwing support mods, all for toughness and firepower, ram and missile battery tactical mods and void cloak.
For fun I took it to Earth Umbra and it was hilarious.
Still need some Zekti Avionics but I'm ready for Scarlet Spear.

"You can reply to this Message!"DE is transitioning to a work-from-home environment, so no streams next week.
Do we have a war frame themed around trees?
I look to the stars... but that's mostly because there isn't anything else interestingTitania, technically.
Oberon can cover the ground in small plants, but I don't think there's a wood/tree frame.
They're cancelling Tennocon. The physical get together part, at least, they're going to do something digital.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Yeah, that makes sense. Where is Tennocon normally, anyway?
It was going to be in London, Ontario this year.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117For what it matters, it has been held in London, Ontario every year since it's creation.
Fun fact: the venue where they hold Tennocon is the building across the street from their office.
Operation Scarlet Spear is out! Anyone played it yet? I think it requires full access to Veil Proxima, which I haven't gotten quite yet. I have very bad luck with Railjack glitches, so I haven't been able to fully grind yet.
I have played it a bit, and both ground and space sides are basically an endless variation of mobile defense. Here's my perspective on each experience.
- Ground side is basically lets you shoot at the "console" you're trying to scan. It accumulates scarlet creds quite slowly, but it's still a casual and traditional experience.
- Railjack side is quite intense even for a super ship after 2 Murexes go away. The scaling is especially ridiculous after the 4th (like level 110 enemies ridiculous). The creds thankfully scale well from these difficulty spikes.
If you can commit to Railjack side, that's your ticket to fast arcanes. If not, don't bother and stick to the ground game.
These two may literally be more bark than bite, but they are no less tenacious than everyone else.I tried the Murex raid, and none of us could figure out how to do it. We infiltrated the ship, deployed the beacons, and then... nothing. Defended those things for twenty minutes and got one kill code. Does that mean there aren't enough people on the ground, or were we doing something wrong?
It means exactly that. Not enough people on the ground to give the kill codes.
Well then that sounds like terrible design. Maybe those parts shouldn't be instanced, and any ground crew can send kill codes to any space crew.
Apparently if you joined two separate flotillas in one cycle, and got the 100/100 bonus for both of them, the game will suspend your account for using a cheat software.
Unless you wanna tell me that using AHK to autofire a semi-auto gun is considered cheating now.
Big update! In addition to a lot of bug fixes and content changes (including a price drop for Railjack and a reimbursement if you already finished it), there's a new quest about Erra, Lotus' brother. New Sentient-killing gun, parts drop in Void Proxima. Summary here.
