Fortunately, the alert for the Orokin Reactor lasts 12 hours, there's still about 4 hours left as of this post.

And yeah, defenses are pretty good for drops, but mobile defense is great because it pumps out a lot of unit, and you don't get leavers that don't want to go beyond 5 waves or something.

Also, wheeee, I caught the Aura Helmet for Trinity from an alert. I love that helmet, I don't know when I'll get Trinity but it'll be awesome.

If I am lucky I will catch the tail end of that Orokin reactor event.

I take it the event is in either Sedna, Ceres, or Eris? Those are the only three areas I haven't unlocked, and I don't see an event.

Yeah they need to stop having all the fun events outside of the lower zones. Kinda hard to participate if you haven't gotten that far.

Actually the Orokin event is on Mars.

Which section? I don't have all of Mars open yet.

Yeah, just unlocked it. And of course, now Warframe feels it needs to crash.

Excellent. The bit about mars being excellent.

Since everyone's running it right now it's pretty easy too. We just swarmed right through the map.

Yeah, alerts tends to have a fairly big participation rate, especially with "?"s.

Even more so one with an Orokin Reactor, those are awesome.

Yeah, I bought a few for my Burston and Dual Ether. They are now twin engines of death, so that's great. I can finally fight the Infected on somewhat even terms. And I got a Catalyst recipe now, so I can soon slap it on my Mag or wait until I have my Ember or Banshee (or — unlikely as it is — my Frost Prime).

I wouldn't use a reactor on Ember, she's mostly good with infested, so you have 2 factions that aren't particularly impressed by Ember's firework.

Banshee however becomes terrifying with a reactor and abilities-enhancing mods.

Hmmmm...I have the chassis and the main blueprint for the Banshee. If I can get the other two pieces soon, I'll be good to go.

I'm closer to getting the Ember, sadly.

I learned that banshee component blueprints can drop at M Prime, so it looks like I'll be grinding through there for a little while. Fortunately I can complete the mission in like three minutes.

For some reasons, I easily found Banshee's part, without looking for it. Not that it mattered, I got mah Banshee with plats.

Also, I don't know how advanced you guys are in the galaxy, but I suggest you get access to every missions ASAP, for the alerts of course and the future events to come. If you guys needs help cracking through harder nuts, I can help.

I don't have much more else to do than stockpile ressources for my warframes building efforts and the Dojo to come.

I can't wait for more endgame stuff to do.

Well, the three planets I mentioned earlier are the only ones I don't have access to yet. Several other planets I'm still trying to work my way through. I'll ask in the Clan channel if I need help with something.

I just really want that Banshee. It seems fun to play.

I don't have the whole galaxy unlocked yet, but I play a Loki—should I just abuse my powers to clear areas real quickly, or will I end up dead that way?

QuestionMarc Since: Oct, 2011 Relationship Status: Having tea with Cthulhu
#120: May 9th 2013 at 11:10:16 AM

Depends.

Single player, you might want to keep your powers for when you need it. In multi, you can pretty much go wild as long as you're backed.

Tho Loki doesn't have damage really, so he can't quite clear the room by spamming 4.

Ok. Got a few new things going all at once.

I have my boltor. Not a bad weapon. The slow projectile speed kinda suck but is pretty accurate.

Got the Gorgon as well because I can. The initial wind up sucks but it is a nasty close in weapon.

Rank 3 now and I started on my Rhino Chasis.

I need a Sensor Cluster, more alloy plate, and of course much more Rubedo.

The Earth mobile defense mission was a good tip. I got butt loads of Rubedo doing that mission.

My lex is maxed out at 30. Of course I am going to super Charge it.

Trivia: Warframe is the 18th most played game this month according to Raptr, up from 60th. Perso, I never heard of those guys before, but the Warframe crew seems fairly excited, so heh.

[up] Glad to know you're sorting your Rubedo problem, I have more or less the same problem with Alloy Plate.

Also, god the login reward system is awful, I lost my tier three rank because I forgot to connect the night before last night.

Also, that feel when you see an alert with an helmet blue prints active at 2 o'clock AM, but then realize you already have it. Tho I am totally missing the potato because of school. Oh well.

Bah, the Orokin alert is over. Of course, it was on Hades in Pluto, so I probably wouldn't have been able to get it anyway. Ah well.

IMO, missing a helmet blueprints is worse than missing a potato really.

Potatoes are neat and all, but individual helmets are rarer, and if you want them all without plat, better not miss their alerts.

Tho I already had the Scorpion helmet of last night.

That's probably true. I'll worry about helmets once I've got more warframes/weapons.

So far the Kraken has been rather useful. It's nice not to feel completely helpless when I'm running missions that require me to carry datamass. I'm also debating trading in my Burston for something else, but I have no idea what I should go for.
