-Approaching Eddies Car

""What do you fraking casuals think you're doing, going without me? Now how do I hijack vehicle?" Asked Green. Again this was an odd bunch but he was not unused to the odd. He was just unused to this kind of cooperation, he bets even the NPC's were helping along, willing to get a face full of... flowers, or whatever they got a facefull of and clock in their hours as if it was no big deal.

A mass of glowing firefly-like lights suddenly appeared in the air a few feet away, dropping a dreadlocked wizard who seemed to reach the height of a normal human's waist. He wore a tall wizards hat and robes, and seemed surprised at the vehicle in front of him. "Woah man, easy with the transport" exclaimed The Magician, walking forwards with his clothes and body bouncing up and down gently with each movement. He was obviously not human, with a large nose/face and lack of human features.

"Are you rubes the guys wanting to fix all this then? I manage to slip in a spell of convenience to get me where I needed to be to solve this problem" explained the short man, coming up to the side of the car.

So, location tags?

-In Eddie's car-

"If you think that'll help." Twyster said, taking the remaining seat. "But otherwise you'd better start walking." He then turned to Eddie. "So how many Grystals did this ride cost? It looks awesome!"

-Eddie's Car-

"I'm not sure what Grystals are, or the exchange rate if they're currency, but it has to be super-expensive..." Xylia replied.

-Eddie's Car-

Looking at the dude strangely, Eddie replied "Well, I don't know what the fuck a grystal is, but this ride is expensive. Good thing I stole it. The guy had it coming, I got dissed by him. Besides, that guy was a horse's ass anyway."

-Eddie's Car-

"Jeepers, what did he do?" Xylia asked. "Did he eat the last slice of pie?"

All of a sudden, a short-esque person appeared near Xylia's side of Eddie's car.

"Excuse that last thought." Xylia said, before turning to the new person. "Hi. We're teaming up to find out what the heck's going on. You have any answers?"

The Magician looked up at the group nonplussed, ignoring the fact the car was taller than him. "I don't, no. I thought you might" he explained, tapping his foot and looking around. "My Kings the Great Minimus... minimi? Minimusi...? Anyway, some royal dudes told me to go find out what was going on" he explained, attempting to look imperious.

-Eddie's Car-

"Heck, I wish I knew." Xylia said. "I only just recently met up with these guys, so I'm kinda alien to this place."

"I been here once before, miss. Well, you lot seem less weird than my usual crowd, so may I join you? I do magic and stuff, look" he explained, and pointed a hand randomly in the distance. A fireball bigger than him shot upwards and burnt the ceiling, an intense heat damaging the roof.

-Eddie's Car-

Xylia was a bit shocked. "Dang...", Xylia said, then added, "Or course you can tag up with us! But... Do you know any rain spells? If anyone comes back, we don't want them to be sad about their houses being burnt to a crisp."

The Magician snapped his fingers and cold air put out the flames. "I knew a guy who could call rain down, but that's a bit out of my reach" he added.

@Big Daddy P Which roof? We're outdoors on a street, unless you mean the roof of Eddie's car.

"Oh, you've got magic?" Twystar asked, having only rarely seen such powers before. "What part did you add in the Assembuild process? Walking Arcane? Rune Buggy? That weird book with the strange pictures that I can't remember the name of?"

OOC:Oh. I thought we were in the station like place or something. Well, ok then I guess just he set the side of a building on fire or something. Sorry for the confusion.

The Magician just looked at Twystar with some confusion. "I just went to Magician's school, man. Came out in the top ten of my class, too. We teensies all have some magic oogidy boogidy" explained Ales and waved his fingers to lighten the mood. Don't worry if there's no space for me, I can sit on the back of the car, or the hood ornament, or on top. Oh, and the name's The Magician. Can call me Magician for short" he said, punning unintentionally.

-Approaching Eddie's car-

A blackwatch soldier ran with inhuman speed down the empty street tearing the road with each step he took. It had never been this empty and he found the silence and emptiness unnerving. As he continued with his unnatural speed until a vehicle full of various characters from different franchises came into his field of vision.

He jumped and easily cleared the car rolling as he came in for the landing on the other side. He picked himself up and pointed a finger at the others, "Who are you?"

"Captain Twystar, emissary for the Gabywr Empire." Twystar said, used to introducing himself after years of space exploration. "I'll let the others explain who they are. BUT, can I ask if you at least have any idea where we are or why this city is so empty? Frankly we're lost."

-Eddie's Car-

The gangster turned to the captain and said "I don't know where we are or why we're here. In fact, I just want to get out of here and head back to Verona Beach."

-Eddie's Car-

"I just wanna get home..." Xylia said. "I don't care if the other cooks make fun of me, I just want to get home!"

"I'm The Magician, and I think I know the most of what's going on" explained the short wizard, and trundled back and forth in his form of pacing. "Something is happening to our games, something that culd threaten everything. I was sent to find out what happened. I presume some of you are also looking for explanations, but some of you seem to be surprised and out of your depth. I recommend we try to find someone in a place of authority in this... place" explained the teensie, having jumped up on the hood to do the funny dance of his people. It helped him think.

"I say we team up and fix everything so... everything goes back to normal" finished the Magician, sitting on the hood of the car smugly.

Blackwatch stroke his chin, "What happened to your game?"

"It wasn't very clear, but there was a distinct lack of Rayman, our principle character, and Globox, his Comic Relief sidekick. Unless he gets controlled, they do nothing but sleep, dream and just be lazy. It's major bad vibes man" shrugs the Magician on the hood still.

"Corrupt Data! A virus has probably gone Turbo and is replacing the main characters of games. If they break through the blockades..."

He shook his sadly as the idea struck like a baseball through a window.

"We'll have game viruses like the flood running around. I knew a day like this would come, but not so soon."

"Nani" felt as if she'd been kind of neglected by the conversation up to that point, but discussing what had happened to their games presented an opening. She moved her borrowed bike up a little farther and waved a bit. Just enough to get the attention of everyone else whose games were empty.

"Um.. well, my game hasn't been released officially. Not yet anyway. I just woke up and everyone was gone - the other pilots, our boss, the harem guy who was supposed to show up.. the lovely Ms. Altair... and nobody in New York, Tokyo or Paris was answering," she explained, then smiled cheerfully despite a potential apocalypse, "I'm Kirie Hato of the Berlin Fighting Troupe, Sakura Taisen VI. Um.. I'm an actress, mech pilot and gift shop attendant. If you can't pronounce my name, you can call me 'Nani'; everyone else does."

Blackwatch stopped shocked at what he heard. He muttered a string of silent curses under his breath as one of potentially limitless possible horrors consumed his thoughts.

"Everyone. Did you notice anything unusual in your game before you left or just outside your gate?"

"Well, before I got sucked through the Galactic Core there was an odd lack of chatter on the SETI..." Twystar began to recall what happened. "But I assumed that was just because the Glox aren't much for conversation and everyone else won't go near their territory. Now that I think about it, it's kind of strange that those cyborg monstrocities didn't even show up on my radar. They're pretty territorial."

"Nothing really all that odd other than a total lack of activity. The Berlin Grand Theater is usually pretty frantic, even when there aren't players," the steampunk mech pilot explained thoughtfully, "And usually we get visited by people from the other games in the series. At least 2, depending on if the main character is present... that first one always has the sword-wielding girl stalking him.."
