Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackFirst Zits book I ever read.
Love the strip. Great artwork, and I love how it shows many aspects of teenage life both from the teenager's and parent's perspective. The hyperbole is quite entertaining, and it reminds me of what my mom went through with both my sister and me.
That would be why it's called Zits, yes.
One of the books opens with a quote from Charles Schulz, saying that "Zits is the worst name for a comic strip since Peanuts."
Does anyone remember that one panel strip that had Jeremy and his Girlfriend with a mutual thought bubble about how they feared no one would ever be able to understand them or something along those lines?
I've been looking for that one and I can't find it.
My mom loves Zits. Why? Well, I guess it stems from the fact that this one goes into mundane situations that she can imagine only too well.
I'm not sure why it's given the title of Zits. It must have something to do with the fact that zits are a teenaged thing (usually) and it has teenagers in it.
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!
