That really sick track in the trailer with the Hermitt Can got released recently, Battle Against AN Intense Opponent.
"No will to break."Coincidence, yes, but I decided to revisit Mother 3 once more, with it still being Mothers Day for a few minutes more. And here I am at Chapter 1. Definitely a feels-y moment.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefVery ironic choice for a Mother's Day game.
So, how widespread is the idea that Giygas's original form is Giegue and his "evil dimension" form is Giygas? Cognitive Dissonance goes with that idea, but I really don't want it to spread further.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Separating names like that doesn't make sense to me. Giygas/Geeg,Geeiiig/whatever are all one in the same. The alien creature that once loved Maria turned into the corrupt horror that was the embodyment of evil itself, that's all we know.
"No will to break."Then again, Ganondorf's two forms are treated separately with "Ganondorf" being his Gerudo form and the shorter "Ganon" being his pig form.
By that logic, though, Giegue needs to be spelled Giyg.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Guess some translation changes just stick, especially to an oldschool gamer.
"No will to break."dorfy and ganon arent consistantly treated tho.
at least in WW we never even see dorfy really change into ganon (we only get a puppet) but he's still called ganon instead of dorfy.
So, I discovered yesterday that there's a My Little Pony mod, called Equestria Bound. Obviously, I decided I have to play it.
I've only done that first night so far, and done a little exploring of Ponyville North. The modders did a great job. I like a lot of the changes I've seen so far. Pokey and Picky are replaced by Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, with the two of them having proper personalities. Rather than trying to pretend she's your friend, Tiara is insulting and thinks you're obligated to help her because she's better than you.
Buzz Buzz is replaced by Luna (in bee form), and she gets some pretty amusing dialogue. The photographer is, quite obviously, replaced with Photo Finish. They changed the library. While the interior is unchanged, they did make the exterior a tree, and they have Twilight Sparkle as the librarian.
There seem to be some major changes to the overall story, too, which should be fun to see.
I need to do some grinding, then go into the arcade to beat up Trixie, and her Ursa-Bot.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Ah, yes, the inevitable shoehorning of FiM into freaking everything.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805Having the Porky equivelant character not act like your friend seems to be missing the point in a major way.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireAbout to enter the Monkey Caves. It looks like it will be not very much fun.
The problem is I can't really think of any items I have that are expendable.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas Edisoncan't play the thing but I can say one of the most important aspects, the music, is pretty terrible. Most of it is just MLP tunes, good as they are don't get me wrong, run through the EB sound engine. Not even reverb is applied, so they sound a bit stilted.
There's a good reason why SNES music sounds a bit buzzy and echoed, because without it it'd sound terrible with the extremely compressed instrument samples.
"No will to break."Monkey Caves isn't so bad. Most of the items you need to trade are in the caves themselves, it's simply a matter of going in the right order.

"Thanks for the lesson. But I don't need you to tell me who I am."I always hated the Monkey Caves. It's just long and boring, with so much back-tracking and back-back-tracking and just . . . ugh.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Which is kinda ironic because the goal in the Monkey Caves is to get the ability that makes backtracking easier.
Okay.
What items should I consider expendable? I don't want to lose my Peanut Cheese Bars unless I absolutely have to.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonI don't think your Peanut Cheese Bars are at risk. Maybe one but you get it back. Depending on how you go you might lose a pizza.
"You can't swallow what I'm thinking!!"The Monkey Caves is solvable using entirely the items within the Monkey Caves. Though if you make a mistake you may have to go buy a replacement item outside.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! What I wanna know is, where's the Cave Boy?
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805So I can't find the prediction of Mother 3's storyline on Starmen that the I Knew It! page listed.
Anyone have a link?
Poor Mother 4. So close, yet so far. It's now pushed backt owhenever the game gets done. I'm not cynical about it though, they've promised weekly blog updates and are being a little more open about the game itself to put to rest fears that the game won't be finished.
It'll be worth all the time and energy.
"No will to break."
My favorites are the dog that claims to be possessed by the spirit of the developers when giving you some tutorial help about the shop, and the newspaper headline in Onet: "Police Captain finishes Earth Bound, asks, "Where's the sequel?".
Actually, given that everyone gets a new screen of text after the final battle, I wonder what that guy in the arcade has to say? Since ya know, you just beat the game in question.
