So basically the Arkham Asylum game? 
I wasn't sure where exactly to put this, since there are so many threads for the Arrowverse shows, but they've announced that Bitsie Tulloch (from Grimm, among other things), will be in the cross-over playing Lois Lane.
I'm not sure how integral Lois will be, but I think its a good choice in any event.

Well she is still technically right, because vigilantes are acting illegally. And Oliver in particular has many crimes up his belt.

I mean, isn't the Arrow back to being a serial killer nowadays? I'm not following the show as readily as I used to, but I do remember he and the gang gave up on not killing people a while ago. IIRC, Oliver is even insistent that he be the one to do it most of the time.

It's pretty inconsistent as of now, honestly. Mooks seem to be fair game, but named villains are spared, mostly.

It was like that in the old days too. But in any case, if he's killing swaths of civilians with his own private task force - evil or not - I could buy that as reason enough for wanting to arrest him even if he did save the world in the past.
Granted, I don't know enough about the character to know if that was part of her reasoning - and given the way the Arrowverse has always awkwardly tried to avoid that issue in the past, I doubt it was - but I could see it working as a motivation.

I am worried all the Arrowverse shows are going to be cancelled to force people to watch DC's streaming service, or they will all be moved there.

A quick google search finds bupkiss on John Deegan as a DC character. He appears to be an OC.
The big, headlining crossover finally brings them to Gotham and they couldn't get a single Gotham villain to head it up? Especially since they're going to Arkham, apparently. It's Arkham. Like half the staff and all the inmates are supervillains.
