@neobowman: Yeah, sorry, but I'm gonna have to go with no on Rider. Asteon is fine (let me know if you'd like me to make him a Servant), but I have some difficulties with Rider's NP, most of them starting with "dragon" and ending with "dragon".

She makes it her mission to learn everything about everything she can: this led to her becoming a magus because of her curiosity about how it worked. • Abilities: She can mostly do Reinforcement, with a little bit of wind use. She can strengthen her bones and muscles to jump 10 feet from a standing position, and fall 30 feet without injury and with quick recovery. She tends to like strengthening her clothes to the toughness of hardened leather and knows a little bit of hand to hand combat, although she's hampered in this area by her small stature. She can use wind to throw things up to 10 kg.
• Bio: A standard upbringing with two parents and a cat, Mirai started reading at a young age and loved it. She has since devoted herself to learning everything she could get her hands on. Her parents are unaware of her status as a magus, but have started to suspect something odd is going on. They are out of town for the next week or so.

Hmm, I admit I originally wanted to be an actual dragon but it's not hard to change it. How about if it isn't a true Nasuverse dragon. Rather, it would be a dragon in our terms but it's only the manifestation of the Turtle Ship in a form that resembles a dragon. Would that be okay?

I don't suppose there are any Assassin's hanging around, female preferred since I want to see how Yuuki does when forced to have a woman live in his house. He still is rather awkward around woman after all, spends most of his time with books rather than people. I feel like Assassin would work best with Yuuki's "I want to know what I'm fighting before I fight it" mentality too.

The ship dragon works, just as long as it isn't actually a dragon. Making it more of a turtle monster would probably help in removing any dragon similarities.

@Neo: Do what KSPAM said and it'll be accepted.

The problem is, having it a turtle monster implies a notion of the ship being slow, which was absolutely not the case. It already has a spiked shell on its back though so it should already be like a turtle/dragon hybrid sorta thing. I guess.

• Appearance: A young woman, dressed in a skintight black jumpsuit that is so iconic of the Hassan. She appears to be in her early to mid twenties, and possesses a sleek yet attractive figure with large breasts and well-formed hips. Unlike many of the Hassans, she actually makes no attempt to conceal her face, which reveals pale, doll-like skin, frizzled black hair, and dulled amber eyes. It's possible that this is simply because she was a Hassan before the practice of face-removal became common amongst their ranks. Wears a frayed black scarf which she often uses to cover the lower half of her face, as well as protect against sandstorms and other environmental hazards.
• Personality: Someone who speaks, and upon first glance appears totally deadpan and boring, or perhaps bored themselves. Assassin is the kind of person who will complete the mission, no matter what is asked of her, and will devote herself wholly to a cause if she is told to support it. She is unwaveringly loyal, and will follow her Master's orders to the letter. Whether this is fatalism or simply childlike trust is hard to understand. She could be described as the perfect mercenary, capable of caring about no agenda other than the one of those who pull her strings. Has absolutely zero concept of sexual interest or orientation, and is about as clueless as fanon makes Shirou out to be on the subject. Enjoys sweet foods.

  • Presence Concealment (A++): Assassin's elevated rank in Presence Concealment is a result of her Noble Phantasm temporarily obfuscating her location, even in the midst of battle. Other than that, it operates normally when the NP is inactive.
• Personal Skills:
  • Protection From Wind (A): A charm originating in the Middle East, used mainly for protection against sandstorms and Jinns.
  • Projectile (Daggers) (B): Thrown projectile weapons are now comparable to bullets. Assassin carries these projectiles, named Dark, in large quantities with her wherever she goes, although where she keeps them is unclear.
  • Self Modification (C): Used by Assassin to merge parts of her body with that of a Jinn.
• Noble Phantasm:
  • Zabaniya ~ One Thousand And One Nights (C): The unique ability which allowed Assassin to become one of the Hassan-i-Sabbah, this Noble Phantasm is in fact the remains of a Jinn, merged with Assassin's body. It allows her to summon and control strong winds, and even bring about sandstorms, as well as loosen the ground into the form of sand, creating impromptu sand traps. These sandstorms, while irritating on their own to Servants, create whiteout conditions which allow Assassin to make a quick escape, or temporarily obfuscate her position inbetween attacks. Sand traps created by this Noble Phantasm immobilize normal humans, and prove difficult for Servants of low to mid Strength or Agility to escape from.

Wait... Femme assassin's Sandstorm Zabaniya is okay in your book while that Lusitania field I cooked up isn't? That's not too fair at all unless you can tell me why exactly getting lost in a forest is more broken than a sandstorm that makes it incredibly difficult to detect Assassin.

Because she's an Assassin and not suited for direct combat? Duh.

You would be in the right here, except Lusitania explicitly hypnotized the opponent into becoming lost, whereas the effect of a sandstorm is more to obscure Assassin, and doesn't rely on any kind of mental interference. Additionally, attacks executed while within the sandstorm can be neutralized either by Instinct or related skills, or nullified completely by skills like Protection From Arrows. If the same applied to Lusitania and you just failed to mention it like I did (sorry!) we'd be happy to re-evaluate our opinion on it.
