I don't think he hates it. His style just changed over the decades.
So found this video about Launch/Lunch:
So, we already knew he forgot her for a bit then remembered. I mean, while I can get why he never bothered to bring her back, it seems weird to single her out specifically.
What the hell were Oolong and Puar doing during that time? It just seems really arbitrary to me, especially since he still occasionally drew her during the post Saiyan saga era.
It's already been pointed out that she'd have been a good option for Trunk's mom (oh man, imagine Vegeta and Launch getting together. She'd be an awful influence...or he'd be an awful influence....on of them would make the other worse)
I find it hard to believe Toriyama sent notes on her scenes in the Saiyan saga though. I know he did so for Baseball Yamcha, but I've never heard him doing the same for the Launch scenes.
One Strip! One Strip!Puar is Yamucha's partner, unnecessary explanation to why he's still around.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I think a large part of the confusion is because the idea of writing out a character from a series by having her chase a character who is still in the series makes no sense at all.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.Considering how these characters get around, to say she got lost is the easiest answer to that confusion.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Looks like I'll be the one posting on the latest chapter of Super:
Gohan arrives to save the day, and does a damn good job of it, wiping the floor with Seven Three for the majority of the fight. The latter loses Piccolo's power and it looks like Gohan's got it in the bag, but then things turn when Seven Three reveals he can absorb more than one person at a time and that he had another one in reserve....Moro! With the latter's energy draining powers he takes the edge. Moro himself is watching from his ship when Krillin and Piccolo say that Goku and Vegeta are training to defeat him. Moro realizes that two even more powerful warriors are coming and tells his goons to back off; he's gonna wait for Goku and Vegeta so he can take even more power from them. They decide to come back in a certain amount of time, but Jaco pulls a con that gives them 2 months, possibly more than they needed. They get this message to Merus, and Goku states that they now have six months worth of time in their time chamber. The two resume their training. Meanwhile Whis meets with his dad to discuss the matter of Merus.
At this point, Merus being an angel is more or less confirmed. Gohan did well, and was only foiled by the fact that Moro's brand of energy draining is horrifically broken, and even Jaco manages to help out. Not bad all things considered.
One Strip! One Strip! You know, I never expected this arc to go for this long but here we are.
Not a bad a chapter, but this arc is starting to overstay its welcome. The end gives me some mystery at least.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.True.
Hopefully when the anime gets to this point, it'll have a lot to work with. and not catch up too soon.
One Strip! One Strip!I wonder if 73 having Moro's abilities copied will be used as a way to give Goku and Vegeta each their own separate "Moro" fights during the final battle.
Wow, Gohan wins a fight. It's been a long time since that happened. As for what Gohan does for a living, my guess is Physics Professor. The backstory of Dragon Ball Online says that Gohan wrote a book titled "Katchin Can Be Cut," revealing the nature of ki to the world. It sounds like something a Physics Professor would write.
Is the DB Heroes new episode out yet? I could've swear it should be out by now.
Has it ever been that regular? The gaps between episodes were especially long at the start.
Speculation: Perhaps at the end of this arc they'll have beaten Moro, but he's destroyed so many planets Shenron can't revive them all and they'll have to use the Super Dragon Balls. So they need to head to Universe 6 to finish gathering them all and that's when the Planet Sadala arc happens.
@mythbuster But he didn't win.
Totally Not Mark critiques Whis' role as a mentor by comparing him the mentor characters of old. In addition to this, he's eventually gonna release a video with his critiques of Super as a whole.
The thoughts Mark give about the roles of mentors in Dragon Ball, especially in regard to Goku's Static Character, are very enlightening and highlight what his problem with Whis is.
Holy shit that thumbnail is creepy tho
It does fit the character though.

Goku:I'll revive them so I can kill them again :D
¡PONLE QUE DIGA!:"¡HUMONGOSAURIO HASTA LA MUERTE!"It's a strange looking thumbnail, I agree.
Mark usually tries to emulate Toriyama's artstyle with his thumbnails...you know, in case it wasn't obvious or anything. But it looks...weird on non-DBZ characters.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Does Mark do the art for his thumbnails? That's pretty cool.
I wonder if there's special dialogue for reviving Raditz just to beat his ass with Super Saiyan 3.
Why odew storiyama hate drawing muscular guys nowadays? Is there a reason for this?
"Thanos is a happy guy! Just look at the smile in his face!"
