Wow. Lotsa Dragon Ball in Jump Force. Fewer legacy characters than I expected too. No Gintama reps yet, either. That seems almost criminal.

Jump Force is giving way too many spots to Dragon Ball and One Piece.

Hunter x Hunter also has a lot of reps too.

I can't believe Xenoverse totally stole Kale's grab (that she stole from Hulk).

Jump Force is hilarious because despite how popular it is, there's not a single MHA character (yet)

Also apparently the game is supposed to be pandering to international audiences too so its even more of an oddity.

So Mistare just did a review of Movie 7:

I don't care how much personality 15 has. He's kinda a bad racial stereotype (big pink lips, along with the Zoot Suit and the like). The various dubs have tried to give him a bit more character, but I think those things are too big.

Otherwise, I'm disappointed he only makes a brief reference to Goku getting nut-punched (and not even a verbal one), but in the long run, he's not really wrong.

MHA just had a game come out so they probably want to push fans to get that one.

Gero looks like an old white guy to me.

...Like, yeah, it's probably or definitely racist on the part of the designers.

But it can also be in-character racism. In-universe.

Doesn't make it better, but might make it interesting?

People keep saying that but it doesn't make sense honestly. Also, didn't Black Clover get a game recently too?

Yes, it did (Black Clover: Quartet Knights). Naruto also had Shinobi Strikers, but I guess not having any Bourto reps "counts" as a conflict.

Jump Force doesn't come out until next year; MHA fans still have time.

Oddly, our Dragon Ball reps have covered the Freeza ^note Goku, Vegeta, Freeza and Cell Sagas ^note Cell, Trunks...Piccolo (along with Super with the SSB forms). It would probably be pushing it if a Majin Buu saga core character, but having Gotenks, Gohan and/or any Majin Buu would be nice as DLC.

So, from what I've gathered, Gogeta refers to Vegetto as "I" in the Broly movie.

So they are the same individual, of course.

Seems like Trunks is gonna be a major part of the story (just like in Xenoverse), something is definitely up with Light and Ryuk, there's a bunch of evil CAC-looking guys who I guess are this game's version of DBFZ's clones, and a bunch of options for CAC's that belong to characters not in the game. (Namely Sakura, Nami, Ace and... Fasha?)

Also, Deku was confirmed too.

I can't remember if Universe 6 Tuffles were ever brought up before but it makes sense.

If Universe 2 can have Tuffles, so can Universe 6.

Those aren't even actual Tuffles. Zarbuto is a Tuffle. These two appear to be Bio-Android parasites, like Baby. I mean, they might not be, they could just be unrelated, but that seems unlikely.

I know some people were worried that Heroes would steal good U6 stories from Super, well these seem like very Heroes-esque original villain designs. I don't think they stole any Super plots for this.

Man, you can really tell Gogeta got a severe case of Characterization Marches On between Fusion Reborn and this movie

Gogeta had like two minutes of screen-time in Fusion Reborn, and I don't recall a single line. I don't understand how people can point to that as an indication of him having any sort of personality whatsoever, because there really was none to be found. Veku had more personality than Gogeta in Fusion Reborn.
