...er yeah? She was freaking out at people wanting to baptise her. It says so in the post.

Ah, I thought that the comment before that (the one about "religious displays") was about Clark praying and the paladin barging in. Clark's attitude isn't so much "YES BAPTISM" as it is "go for it." Like I said, she's on his hitlist, somewhere close to the bottom.
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirUhh...Mask I think that it's still morning in the rp. At best only an hour has pass in game
Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantHey people, just dropping in quickly as I'm going to go see a movie with my dad soon.
It is indeed still pretty early in the morning. Somewhere between 8-9AM at most.
I'll be back in a few hours.

Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantBack from the movie, will try to post soon.
EDIT: Sorry about the late notice; I had a doctors appointment today and have work tomorrow. Plus we have one or two players out until tomorrow or later anyway, by the looks of it.
So, either tomorrow or the day after we should be able to return to regular schedule.

You are reading this.Okay, I'm finally back from work ( >_< ow my knees hurts)
Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantSo, who's ready to go kill some vampires or whatever?
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —Faramir<Sunglasses>

Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantSo, er. What exactly should we do while we wait? I feel like we should be preparing for the mission or improving the base or something.
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirMaybe come up with a search strategy and if needed pair up people to best suit their combat niches. For example, since my character has an smg and uses a sword he is more suited for close quarter.
Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantHeavy caliber sniper rifle for normal work, handgun for the average Joe, and a shotgun revolver for emergencies. I planned Clark as a recon-stealth-support type.
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirBlight has his crossbow-thing for long range, a pistol for mid-ranged, and a big knife for melee. The knife probably doesn't do much to some of the more powerful monsters, so he's more of a ranged and defense guy.
Er, I suppose you could use a crossbow for ease of use and being able to stake at a range, buuut according to Prof. Google the average range of a crossbow is about 30-40 yards.
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirOh, really? I didn't even think of realism, thanks for the info. And, seeing as Blight trained himself in all his building skills, it's probably a little less than average.
Blight is more of a Mid-Range fighter, then.

Hmmm...how are we on field medics?
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirAccording to the character sheets, unless Ross has skill, no one does.
Someone go pick up some books on surgery. :P
But yeah, here's hoping everyone just sorta knows how to treat injuries as a necessity of the job.
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirAlright, I'm here. Sorry about that; I had work today and then some friends pulled me into a gaming session once I got back. I will prepare to post soon; the actual length of time it'll take to post depends on how much I end up putting in the post. I will probably skip the group ahead a little; at least to down the stairs.
@Above: No, medical skills are not assumed.
Ross knows how to do some emergency field stuff but nothing professional. I'll go ahead and let you guys know though that there is a doctor staying at the office building too.
EDIT: Oh, and I forgot about something that I should probably go add to the signup sheet.
How much money do your characters have now? (Anywhere between $0 to $50.00 would be reasonable)

You are reading this. That's simultaneously good and bad—good, because that means that injuries shouldn't carry between missions too much, bad because we can't do any field medic-ing.
Clark probably has maybe $50 on him.
EDIT: Fairly obvious this girl is important—she got a good-sized description. Combining this with your question about money, I'm gonna say she's our "shop" for this game, so to speak.

"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirI try to get the basics of description for any NPC I plan on maybe using more than once.
Bringing her up reminded me of the money thing, but she won't be the only source of stuff to buy.
You are reading this.
@ Atomic Nut: Clark was praying under his breath, facing away from everyone else. It'd be difficult to realize what he was doing.
