At the moment the newly created article is one paragraph, with no tropes or description, and not indexed. Is the person who wrote the article planning on writing more? Because it shouln't be left in that state.
I think Administrivia has pages about how to do those things for a new work page.

Yes, the article needs a list of at least three tropes, and at least a paragraph's worth of description. See how any of the other pages on the Fan Fics index does it.
Incidentally, you'll want to add a link to this fic to that index.
