Poppyception. I know people are taking performance art to the max on You Tube, where they can find an audience for almost anything, but I wasn't aware of this particular variant. Miranda Sings both called my attention to and turned me off from the phenomenon.

It's not that I don't understand the humor involved; I just am not a big fan of it.

[up]Totally. I gave two episodes of the Miranda Sings show on Netflix a chance. As Meatwad would say, I get it. It ain't making me laugh, but I get it.

Is it terrible that I'd like to see at least one more addition to the Poppyception thing? It just sort of keeps getting funnier to me.

Edit: Nevermind.

React to Baby Metal Redux.

Paul Scheer's description of them at the end really hit the nail on the head.

I would love to see Chester's reaction over that video.

BTW, anyone notice that the Fine Brothers have been appearing less in their React videos?

Yeah, that started around the copyright drama thing, where the Bros themselves started to get a lot of hate. Soon after that they started to do more staff stuff, so that the brothers weren't the face of everything anymore and people began to be more endeared to the people behind the scenes and less apt to hate the channel as a whole.

I love how the Teens know the problem where people, no matter their views, gets offended just because someone gave a different opinion than yours or criticize that opinion.

Started to watch "Don't Smile or Laugh Challenge" series. After 20th attempts, I finally won. XD

Seems that I'm so much weaker in regards to auditory humor.

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.

I recently discovered this channel, and I love it. I love how innocently arrogant these kids are, and how upset some adults are getting over it. grin

Optimism is a duty.
