In a word: Yeah. The trope is about heating and time required. The picture: Some sort of temperature dial. If it wasn't so late, I'd be able to put together a better argument, but just go the article for now.

Horrible quality pic, doesn't really demonstrate the trope.

I wish it was better quality, but it does illustrate that ovens often have settings far, far hotter than they should, to enable the trope to be used.

But the trope also involves a time element. All this shows is some form of dial, with a bad caption to boot. In short: Motion Seconded.
