Ran Into A Problem: No One Sees The Boss

Hoo-boy. So, I just launched this trope, No One Sees the Boss after it got five hats on YKTTW. However, less than five minutes after I launched it, I discovered the Shadow Dictator trope, completely by accident. The two tropes are roughly the same with tons of overlap, but there's a chance Shadow Dictator could just be used to describe monarchs/tyrants. I made No One Sees the Boss to be moreso about the conspiracy itself (a combination of The Unseen, Powers That Be and The Masquerade), but I'm not sure how distinct the two are.

Help, please?

The two tropes seem reasonably distinct to me for what that is worth. Since the Shadow Dictator trope has such a short description and just seems to refer to a monarch or tyrant, I think you can keep the No One Sees the Boss trope and maintain that Shadow Dictator is the character trope for the boss in the No One Sees the Boss plot trope.
