I wonder how many of those actually translated the Japanese song almost/nearly word for word. I happen to know the official Indonesian version actually did it. (And it's amusing that the Indonesian version is what she started with....)
By the way, where did the English version came from? I honestly didn't recall Butterfly having an official English version.

The gimmick of the show is that Digimon have become the topic of urban legends as ghosts, which is often attributed to the near future technology of holograms, a commonplace thing in this series setting.
Dunno about the game part, maybe it's because one of the main characters is a gamer? 
Basically, Digimon in Ghost Game tends to appear like holograms, but their other tendency to be creepy as hell leads to them being specifically referred in-universe as "hologram ghosts".
The "game" part probably refers to how many of them are terrorizing people for the sake of it or for mundane reasons, as if they're playing around with their victims?

I think this is the first time I've ever seen a Reppamon's tail actually depicted as it's own entity like the Reference Book always claimed. And it's just as true that Reppamon seems to be incapable of reconciling with his tail, since it's the tail causing all this mayhem, whereas Reppamon is trying to keep it in line. And that the one thing they can remotely agree on is how much they hate each other and would rather be rid of each other. I think Reppamon would be a lot happier if he could Digivolve to Tylinmon by now, since he won't have to deal with his tail anymore.
It's always interesting seeing Digimon casually interacting in the human world. The place Angoramon goes to for info seems to be run by Rosemon and Muchamon, with a Labramon as an employee, and three Dokunemon, two Potamon, and an Elecmon as guests.
And after Kiyoshiro and Jellymon had such a good showing last time that gave them their evolution while Ruli and Angoramon barely got to do anything, this time the opposite happens no just because we don't get to see SymbareAngoramon... but because of Kiyoshiro's penchant for following the rules all but keeping him out of the episode.
I've said it before, but one of the things I especially like about this series is how each of the partnerships are such an opposites of personalities, that they end up bringing out the best in each other by showing them how they need to change.
- Hiro is mature and responsible, but rather aloof. Gammamon is childish and hotheaded, but very caring. Hiro gets to be more open with others by caring for Gammamon, while Gammamon gets to slowly mature.
- Kiyoshiro is diligent and intelligent, but very much lacking in self-confidence. Jellymon is outgoing and relaxed, but very impish. Kiyoshiro gets to slowly build his self-confidence by dealing with Jellymon, while Jellymon slowly starts to better herself and a person.
- Ruli is very independent and outgoing, but also headstrong. Angoramon is very protective and supportive, but also quiet. Ruli gets to become more considerate of others feelings by being with Angoramon, while Angoramon slowly starts to speak up more so as to not leave Ruli out of things.

That IS a great idea but the Japanese version uses Purity instead and the dub isnt that knowledgeable on Japanese to know that they could have went with Shinobi.

Technically card game related news, but the new extra set devoted to Tamers decided to give alt arts to some cards of the main characters drawn in the style of the original series, and they're entirely new arts at that.

Uh, yeah... about that? It seems even the card game is poking fun at Leomon's death, since the main strategy behind using that engine... is using Juri to play Leomon for a lower cost and then making the opponent kill Leomon. Yeah, the playstyle is to recreate his death.

Hey if nothing else, Tamers gets points for making Leomon's death an actual plot point...a gut wrenching plot point, but one nonetheless.
....really speaks to the writing that they were still able to give Impmon/Beelzemon a convincing atonement arc despite him killing off a major character. Usually that's mark of a Moral Event Horizon and he still managed to come back from it.

A bit late to the new Ghost Game episode, but I did enjoy how Reppamon was such an on the nose mirror for Ruli and Angoramon.
I also would like to see more of this little Digimon community, it's a neat concept that I think needs fleshing out.
Jellymon had a cute c-plot, I can't wait to see what happens as a result of Kiyoshiro giving into her demands for buying stuff.

I think it’d be neat if a Digimon who was previously a villain in another series were to appear in Ghost Game and have Dark Is Not Evil + Adaptational Heroism applied to them. Especially if they became the partner to a possible Sixth Ranger (Like Kotarou). Personally, either Myotismon or Dagomon would work well as both could fit the horror theme of Ghost Game as one’s a vampire and the other’s Cthulhu.
