Why do you assume that the opposite of lenient is harsh? No, the opposite of injustice is fairness.

[up][up] I'm talking about bullying in general... of which this happens to be a sexual form. People have been "leniant" on wrongdoers when the wrongdoers are children, and bullying has gotten worse and worse. We need to slam down on bullies with harsh punishments in order to deter it. Leniancy has not been working.

When you say harsh punishment, what exactly do you have in mind?

So I mentioned this to my grandmother and she said that the boy MUST have done something to deserve it, and there MUST be another story behind this. The girls could in no possible way do this without a strong motive!

Double standard indeed.

[up] She's not the only one who reacts that way to female abuse against males. It really is no surprise.

[up][up] Lock 'em up for at LEAST as long as a guy who did the same would be, and perhaps a little more (like, single-digits percent) to help drive the point home. Publicize that if you do this, you are going to jail.

Then there's no argument here...

I do wonder what the boy is thinking or has been saying to his family about this.

The account that uploaded the video, and is still up, is lilbosniannkidd. Hilariously, Googling the username reveals their address. The Facebook account of the school was spammed to death (no kidding, it no longer exists, but waybackmachine can see it.)

We better spam the FBI about this considering that this WOULD count as child pornography, and, since the You Tube servers are not located in Florida, theoretically they could be arrested for distributing it across states. If they deserve to be put on a sex offender list, they certainly deserve it more than sexting recipients. What they did was certainly worse than if a boy actually raped a girl without videotaping it.

And yes, the moralfags back at 4chan did get angry (while others wished they were in that situation) There was even a bit of a fad where someone posted it in every board with the addition of "for liking [insert something that pertains to board]"

Spamming might backfire, though. Perhaps public pressure from however many object strongly enough to this? (Not many if that vid's comments section is to go by, but still...)

Certainly. Goes to show how warped our society's priorities are, huh?

Now you're going overboard. It's sexual abuse, no doubt, and a real-life Moral Event Horizon, but it doesn't involve the physical risks associated with actual rape. The two worst aspects of this are how forceful this is (standing on his neck, refusing to stop even though he's evidently terrified) and how much they're humiliating him, (posting it on the Internet afterwards) though the latter is partly attributable to everyone else. Let's face it, the people mocking him aren't much better than the ones stripping him. His ordeal might not have been quite as dire if others' reaction had been one of sympathy instead of ridicule.

To be fair, I've heard that a few bystanders (I think they were boys his age, actually) were shouting at those girls to leave him alone, but I haven't heard it confirmed. If it's true, that would be reassuring as to the reaction of people at his school, though...

Hmm, yeah, maybe the shock of penetration would probably add a whole lot to the scale.

Those three girls may not actually be the ones, I realize. Sure, they seem like stupid middle school girls, but the two girls in the video appear to be dark-skinned. As MLK Jr. dreamt, I am judging them by the content of their character when I say that the girls who are in that video are pieces of shit. Dunbar has quite the majority of dark-skinned girls, by the way. There's always the chance that one of the girls in lilbosniannkidd's videos was the one with the camera, though.

I point to a new suspect: dmssexylady. This account belongs to a girl from Dunbar Middle School, and Googling her finds that her profile is private and the video found is not available. (It's not the offending one about the poor boy getting "owned", though.) If she is guilty, that would represent her parents making her profile private to guard against the inevitable shitstorm that ended up hitting lilbosniannkidd, and it may also mean that they did not know that accounts could be closed. Either way, I do not see much recent activity from her. Keep in mind that we still don't know which account did it, which is why the FBI should know. They have a reputation for being able to get to the bottom of these things. Of course they should be able to find the account that did do it. It's just a question of whether they will listen or not.
